“Ordered 2400 x 1200 50mm Celotex online using Paypal web page stated 3-4 days delivery got it delivered the following day very happy and great communication, will certainly use again.”

“Insulation4less product range was very good, they held stock of a recently discontinued item so I was able to finish my renovations with the same insulated plasterboard I'd used throughout my house. Delivery was very quick, I live in rural southwest Scotland and usually have to wait a week or more for pallet deliveries but the delivery came in 3 days. Communication was good with an email 24hrs before delivery. One thing to note - if taking multiple pallet deliveries you really do need a forklift but my driver was happy to split my single pallet down and unload it with me.”

“Helpful staff on the other end of thte phone and a transparent, smooth ordering process. More precise delivery details would be appreciated e.g. day before notice of either a.m. or p.m. delivery slot. 50mm Celotex GA4050 closer to 40mm at some points. I am not sure how this relates to specification.”

“Haven't installed the insulation yet, but the panels look in good condition and were a very reasonable price. The delivery was also on the day expected, and the driver very helpful. The only down side would be with respect to the size of the Delivery Window. I would ordinarily have done the school run, and when contacted about the delivery did request that it come after 10am so that I could do that. However, the confirmation email as to delivery time stated "between 8am and 5pm" and so I had to arrange for someone else to take the kids. In the end the delivery turned up at around 2pm. It would be good if you could provide a more defined delivery window, even if it's just AM or PM, so as to save on customers potentially having to waste a morning /afternoon waiting and allowing them to make other arrangements for at least part of the day.”

Hi Jason, thank you for the review. We value our customers feedback greatly and we also like to provide explanations to our customers if they are unhappy for whatever reason. I see on your order that it did take almost 6 weeks for your insulation to arrive and for this we are truly sorry. However the reason for this delay was due to a manufacturer issue. Celotex were unable to manufacture insulation at the normal rate due to a chemical fire in Germany. This factory that went on fire provides all the polyiso companies their chemicals that makes their boards. As a result of this fire there was a full nationwide shortage on this type of insulation. We do apologise for the delay on your order however this was completely out of our hands until stock levels returned to normal in January. Even today there are still slight stock issues around the country but it is slowly coming back to normal. Generally our lead time on this type of insulation is 3-5 days. I hope this has not turned you off using Insulation4less as we are the highest rated insulation company in the UK and we pride ourselves on our customer service and customer communication.
