“Part of the order was missing. One of my items was damaged. Some of the items I ordered were not in stock so a slightly more expensive item was substituted , at no extra cost to myself Missing items were sent a week later , however no mention was made of the damaged item , even though it was pointed out to the delivery driver and recorded as damaged on the delivery sheet. The girls I spoke to on the phone were very friendly and helpful.”

“Excellent pricing, choice and on time delivery. Would be better if there was some way of returning excess amounts bought (although maybe that doesn't matter for professionals that can actually calculate their requirements accurately!).”
