“Terrible service. The order was over 2 weeks late and went through several delivery companies, none of which seemed to know what was going on. One sheet of celotex showed up one day and the other ten were somewhere else. I specifically called up to make sure the delivery would be available and was assured that it was. More than 2 weeks later and the entire job was held up due to this. Nightmare.”

“Bad service, all items out of stock after ordering and alternatives offered. Repeated phone calls had to be made to sort order. Delivery not turned up on correct day. Messages left to call back ignored. Delays on order, 7nhelpful staff. Altogether not a good experience.”

“I found ordering the number of rolls easy online, and they arrived promptly. The only thing I would say is that I was not given the opportunity to check the order before it had been offloaded from the delivery van and placed in my garage. The driver did not ask me to sign, and drove off while I was coming back from moving my car so he had access to the garage. Fortunately the order was correct. Also I was not advised an estimated arrival time when the order was on its way on the delivery day. Otherwise I am very happy with the order. Thank you.”

“Got the delivery date wrong, didn’t keep me updated with this until I had to contact multiple times. Was also meant to receive a phone call from sales to add onto the order, never received a call back. Service could’ve been much better.”
