Placed an order after being promised a specific delivery date by the website, call centre and uk sales manager Stephen McLoughney. Order never arrived on due date, I wasn’t informed of this until I, myself, enquired at the end of day to ask where the order was! Took time away from work to accept and sign for delivery. Requested full refund of the delivery charge -£75.00, verbally denied. Complaint remains open after almost 5 weeks with no sign of resolution! Disgraceful customer service throughout and extremely difficult to communicate with Stephen McLoughney! -uk sales manager. Do not use this company!
