“The product arrived on time and the driver was very helpful. However it appeared that my email message regarding the fact that I have a zebra crossing outside my house with no off street parking had not been forwarded to him. As a result I had to wheel the packs of insulation from a side street to my front door.”

“Ordered 13 rolls, got 12 dry ones and one which was soaking wet and still cannot be used 3 weeks later. Would highly recommend comparing price per sq/m or checking area of each roll, as price differences can mask what you actually get. Quality of insulation (when dry) is fine, just a shame one is unusable - there is no way this would not have been known when loading or unloading the lorry, it is absolutely sodden.”

“The only thing I was dissatisfied with was in the middle of my order were old damaged boards. You state the order should be inspected on delivery but not so easy to do, and the damaged boards were in the middle. Where it was not obvious until the order was unwrap to move to area I was using them. I thought that the price was good and I had ordered more than I needed as I was also cutting them to fit joist I was able to use most of the damaged boards.”

“Great sales and help. Usually great tracking (even though it says it’s always 41 minutes away) of delivery but this time all was going well then had a text saying I was next delivery then another text saying the order had been cancelled. I thought I would wait for any further info before ringing. I left the property. Then about an hour later I got a call from the driver saying he was outside with the delivery. I was 5 mins away so headed there but a neighbour had fortunately helped the driver. I think there might be something wrong with the tracking app!!”

“Good price and efficient service. I didn't like being asked to buy insurance just in case the product is damaged in transit - how is that my problem? Suggest they review and insure that risk themselves.,”

“Insulation was competitively priced & the order process was smooth. The items were dispatched relatively quickly and the driver was very pleasant & helpful. Only slight criticism is it would have been handy to have a rough time slot rather than just a day. As it turned out he arrived at 0800 so I didn't have to wait around.”

“Excellent in every way - except for the packing of the loft rolls for transport. They were open at the ends. It was raining. Thereore they arrived wet at the ends. Luckily the rain was light. Had it been heavy, the soaking of the wool would have been considerable.”

“The prices are very competitive. Delivery was at the very end of the time scale originally provided and was different from what I had been told on the phone. General communication of the actual time and date of delivery was poor as I was only told on the day of delivery. Other than that the driver was friendly and helpful which is always nice”
