“insulation boards arrived promptly and were efficiently unloaded. The wrapped ones were in mint condition. The unwrapped ones were a bit dog-eared, but no serious damage.”

“Very keenly priced high quality (Knauf earth wool) insulation. I docked one star because the initial delivery date slipped by about a week, and they tried to re-deliver the order the next day! They were good keeping in contact via email.”

“Was out of stock but the option to wait or refund quickly was appreciated, better customer service than a rival I won't mention 18 day's before I received my refund.”

“The insulation arrived a bit later than what was originally booked but it was in first class condition easy to handle and cut fortunately I over ordered so got more covered than planned”

“Orders 100mm but quick communication to say only 50mm in warehouse. They supplied double to amount very quickly giving us time to install over the weekend before the groundsmen were to concrete over. Thank you for speedy delivery”
