“The prices are very competitive. Delivery was at the very end of the time scale originally provided and was different from what I had been told on the phone. General communication of the actual time and date of delivery was poor as I was only told on the day of delivery. Other than that the driver was friendly and helpful which is always nice”

“no issue with the product or delivery time scale , however i do take issue with the customer service adviser who was obviously working from a tin shed who then put the phone down when i said i coulnt hear what he was saying , 2nd rate and ignorant”

“Can't fault the product or price delivery was when expected. But the attitude of the delivery driver was appalling. He said it was a two man delivery and made my retired mother in law do all the carrying whilst he stood in the back of his lorry and watched. No mention of it being a two man delivery at order otherwise alternative arrangements would have been made.”

“I found ordering the number of rolls easy online, and they arrived promptly. The only thing I would say is that I was not given the opportunity to check the order before it had been offloaded from the delivery van and placed in my garage. The driver did not ask me to sign, and drove off while I was coming back from moving my car so he had access to the garage. Fortunately the order was correct. Also I was not advised an estimated arrival time when the order was on its way on the delivery day. Otherwise I am very happy with the order. Thank you.”

“Prices were very competitive even with shipment cost included. Delivery was good. One out of the six Celotex panels delivered was probably a reject as it had been cut undersized and had more than expected damage compared with the others, but was still usable.”

“Generally prompt service and great communication, but we had a problem with some warped boards delivered and Insulation4Less have tried to sort out the problem with Celotex, but unfortunately don't have the power to resolve it. I would suggest checking every board on delivery, as it seems once off the lorry, you're stuck with Celotex's word that they are 'within tolerance'.”

“The wool insulation is good - however delivery arrived a day earlier than had been agreed. I also called them to warn of difficulties for delivery by 36 tonne truck. Was told my small order would be delivered by smaller vehicle - but it turned up on a 36 tonner and the driver had not been warned. Fortunately the driver had a co-driver with him and they dealt with it very sensibly.”
