“Not at all happy as I queried as to wether you shipped to N Ireland which I was told on an online chat that you did.At a later date I then made my order which you accepted only to be phoned up and told you do not ship to my address and then have to wait 4-5 days on a refund.I think your website needs to not accept an order if it detects a postcode outside of the mainland.”

Hi Graeme, Very sorry to hear that a member of our team informed you we deliver to N. Ireland. We have since corrected this with our Chat Team. I reviewed your order I see you created your order on the 4th Dec and a refund was applied back to your card the following day 5th of Dec at 3pm. At this point the refund would have only settled for payment out of our account at midnight of the 5th as that is the industry standard for card payments, to which have no control over. From that point onward again we have no control over how long it takes for your bank to process the refund and then update their system to show the payment back on your statement. From your review it seems it may have taken your bank a further 3 to 4 days to update their computer systems to show the refund in your account. We processed your refund within 24hrs and within that time frame before the refund was processed in the interest of customer service we did actually try to source the material for you. Again sorry for the miscommunication between yourself and our Chat Team Regards Insulation4less

“Great prices - but dont deliver to Northern Ireland even though it is part of the UK. I asked for a price for insulation delivered to Belfast and was given a price and only when i placed the order and paid for it - I was told you dont deliver to NI. So very disappointed !!”

“Easy ordering free delivery on SOME product lines. Kingspan Minimum order volume makes these products unusable for the DIY market looking to do one room at a time..... pity as will have to look around for my next order from another supplier as I only need 8 sheets of insulated plasterboard at c. 30mm thick. This one was good though. Will use again I4L IF I can get to £300 on my order though Minimum orders of 24 sheets I will go to my local merchant and pay the premium.”

“Ordering on line is a breeze and the price is unbeatable. The free delivery to the NE of Scotland (generally unheard of up here) was just icing on the cake so to speak. However, due to a seeming world shortage of the stuff, I am still waiting on delivery, but to their credit the sales team are keeping me updated.”
