“Very happy with my Nesso lamp! More than adequately packaged to protect. It is quite a statement piece, and the price was very competitive. Order placed online for an item 'Available to order' with a '4-6 weeks' delivery time. Received an email confirming receipt of my order, but then no further communication until the item was in stock (6 weeks later) and out for delivery. To their credit, they do stipulate this is their usual procedure in their FAQs, but it did leave me feeling a little anxious as the weeks went on without hearing anything, as it was quite an expensive purchase. Having said this, I highly recommend Inspyer and will definitely use them again for future purchases.”

Dear Marcus, Thanks for your review and sorry that you felt this was too long. We do try and make the lead times very clear on our website, and the bulb you ordered specifically says "Delivery Time: 1-2 weeks" (yours was delivered 11 days after you placed the order, so well within the advertised timeframe). It is also worth mentioning that the bulb was a specialist 15cm diameter porcelain 'dim to warm' LED bulb, and these need to be ordered in from the manufacturer, which is why it can take up to 2 weeks, apologies if this part isn't clear on the website. “I wished to buy a specialist rechargeable light. I found it at Inspyerlighting at a very good price. Inspyer gave me a delivery estimate which was met when I ordered the lamp. They also contacted me before dipatch to check a delivery address detail, thus ensuring there were no delivery problems when the item was sent out. I felt they provided a very customer friendly service and as a result of this I would be happy to order from them again.”
