“I was able to order some french outside lights at a reasonable price. I ordered 8W instead of 25W and someone from INSPYER called me to ask if I wanted to change my order, which I did. Excellent customer service!”

“The light is stunning - I’m very happy with the product, but the service for delivery was not very good - having agreed a date for delivery, someone in the office of Inspyerlighting forgot to let DPD know so I waited in all day not realising that DPD hadn’t been notified to deliver the light, so not their fault! Total waste of my time. But the light finally arrived a week later and is wonderful.”

“I thought I had ordered the wrong form of the light I wanted online. I phoned to check, the person I spoke to was really helpful, explained everything I needed to know about the product, gave helpful advice and followed up with a helpful email with photos and product installation info. Could not have been more helpful. My lights arrived in due time and are perfect. Great company and service. Highly recommend.”

“The light bulbs I purchased were as expected, delivered promptly and the ordering process was straightforward. However, the packages were packed in an enormous box with inadequate padding. No harm done on this occasion but not very impressive.”

Hi Carolyn, Thanks for your feedback, we are very concious of minimising waste and the environmental impact of excessive packing and always try our best to avoid this situation. Our apologies that in this instance we have used an inapproriate sized box, it seems we prioritised speed of delivery for you ahead of waiting for replenishment of more appropriate sized boxes from our suppliers (which had been delayed). We're glad that the items arrived safely (in our experience the individual bulb boxes and internal packaging around the bulbs themselves is normally sufficient for them to be mailed in 'grey bags'), and that the rest of your experience shopping with us was a positive one. “Good communication about deliveries, good quality European design-house products which can be difficult to source. Rated down because of delivery issues. would be good if Inspyer could raise this with their chosen provider 1. lamp I bought was European plug and the adapter supplied came as a second parcel. I’m not entirely clear why this required two separate deliveries (meaning two days of hassle for point two) and was not told it would be two separate deliveries 2. Delivery company gave 1hr notice. As I don’t work from home, this made it impossible to be in to receive the parcel. Delivery driver ignored requests to leave with neighbour who was at home whilst he attended (as confirmed by tracking on the the app). took to nearest depot instead which was a real hassle with a big parcel and no access to a car.”
