“I ordered a light switch, which had imperfections in the finish when i opened the box. I contacted Inspyer Lighting with pictures, they responed very quickly and resolved the issue with no fuss and a new one was sent out. This is only reason I didn't give five stars. The light switch is cool.”

“Service very good (representative very responsive when I enquired whether delivery would be before Xmas). Product (the portable Tom Dixon "Melt" lamp) not so great - was bought to match the full size lamps, but very different colour temperature and no way to change that given the bulb is non-standard.”

I have checked with our after sales team and they have told me they are aware of the issue and are working hard to arrange a replacement from the manufacturer ASAP. “Great communication from the team while waiting on the new floor lamp. When it did arrive at their warehouse I was out of the country and they arranged to have it delivered when I returned. Constant and clear communication about timing of everything was spot on. Really happy with the purchase and the support received while waiting for delivery of it.”
