“I wished to buy a specialist rechargeable light. I found it at Inspyerlighting at a very good price. Inspyer gave me a delivery estimate which was met when I ordered the lamp. They also contacted me before dipatch to check a delivery address detail, thus ensuring there were no delivery problems when the item was sent out. I felt they provided a very customer friendly service and as a result of this I would be happy to order from them again.”

“Super slow delivery. For transparency, the website did state 1-2 weeks for delivery, however I specifically enquired to find out if the item was in stock—I was told that it was and delivery would take a 'few' days. I placed my order on that basis. Over a week later and my order still hadn't been delivered. 1-2 week delivery timeframe for an in stock item seems strange in 2025. Item was as expected, good value and packaged well.”

Dear Oliver, We're sorry that you weren't happy with the delivery timeframe of your items. We have looked into your order and can see that you placed the order late on the afternoon of 3rd Feb and it was dispatched within a week and arrived with you on 11th Feb. We do try to make the delivery timescales clear on our website (your item states 1-2 weeks as you mention) and, as we are a small UK independent retailer, it takes us slightly longer than Amazon (for example) to process the order, collect from the warehouse, package and arrange the courier etc, all of this was done within 4 working days (we are closed at weekends). We're sorry that there may have been a minor miscommunication when you spoke to our team, and that a 'few days' became 6 working days, we'll aim to make this clearer when we speak to our customers. “Cute touch table lamps, minimalist and unusual, exactly what I was looking for. The lighting is soft so great for reading. The service is excellent, they called me directly to inform me about the change of delivery date. Arrived very fast. Will order again.”

“I ordered a light switch, which had imperfections in the finish when i opened the box. I contacted Inspyer Lighting with pictures, they responed very quickly and resolved the issue with no fuss and a new one was sent out. This is only reason I didn't give five stars. The light switch is cool.”
