“This is such a great independent lighthing company. I have placed two orders with them, for three lamps, and things have arrived when they were promised and any little bumps very quickly (and happily!) rectified. You can probably trawl for ages and find a cheaper online site but Inspyer have a great range and great service. Both count!”

Hi Jean, Sorry that you weren't aware of the customs charges, we do try to make customers aware of these in our Shipping and delivery FAQ's: "Will I have to pay import tax / duty or customs clearance charges? - UK customers: No, you will not have to pay any additional charges. Inspyer Lighting is a UK company and is responsible for all the costs of importing goods from overseas. - Non-UK customers: Yes, you will be responsible for all local VAT, import tax / duty or customs clearance charges" More importantly we are solely a UK company and try to make that clear on our website and we don't advertise to international customers.
