“Smooth purchase! The package arrived in great condition with plenty of protection for my lamp. I was pleasantly surprised by how well-protected it was inside the box.”

“The lights I ordered just didn’t correspond with the images. The real intel looked cheap units finish and was much bulkier. With a six week lead time it’s a nightmare when things don’t correspond with what’s describe. The team is responsive but they insisted I pay for return of the two bulky packages because I’d “changed my mind”.”
