About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Great selection of products. Had to return my gloves because they were too small, dropped into the High Holborn store and the woman was extremely helpful. She processed my return and gave me advice about pannier bags. She was a rider herself so knew her stuff.”

“This company is outstanding, recently I bought a L2 Adventure helmet, the delivery was next day as I ordered before 4pm and it was too tight, easy returns process, quickly processed when it was returned. Re-ordered the correct size and it was delivered next day too. Brilliant service.”

“My partner and I recently visited the Yeovil store where we were given great advised on a wide range of clothing by a very knowledgable lady member of staff, which made the visit most enjoyable. On the strength of her advise we later purchased some winter base layers which are great.”

“Bought a motorbike helmet for my son but it was too small,( I didn't know his size cos it was his first helmet ) so I organised a return. I rang to ask for the return label because I couldn't print one and they were so helpful, they made a note of why it was getting returned n if I wanted a refund or exchange and said I could just write the details on a piece of paper. I thought this was very helpful cos some companies wont let you write it out yourself. The lady on the phone was very professional and helpful. The helmet came as expected and the return process was easily sorted. All in all a good shopping experience and I would gladly come back and use this shop again”
