About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Bought all my gear off the Belfast store , what can I say, Donna the manager stayed with me the whole time to get me kitted out and what was’nt there she ordered it in and rang me when it was in her store for collection. Donna and all the the staff in the Belfast store are very helpful.”

“Ordered a helmet online which turned out to be out of stock. Immediately informed and offered same product in a different colour , which I liked but with a nice discount. It arrived proptly a few days later. 1st time using infinity but would use again, and I like the reward points as they will soon add up. Overall great customer service.”

“As usual Infinity are amazing. Bought an Oxford Q4R for a trip to France just wanted a small clip on bag to hold my documents snacks water and this was ideal. Easy ordering on the website, very fast delivery. Highly recommend Infinity.”

“Fantastic service from Infinity. Ordered a Belstaff Mistral Jacket at a great price (listed as clearance). Sizing chart on the webpage was accurate as the jacket fits perfect. “10/10 for product, delivery and especially service. I ordered hubby some boots. Not only were infinity offering the best online price but delivery was ridiculously quick. However what has been stand out is the service I’ve received throughout and in particular from Dionne. I had an awful experience with DPD resulting in our delivering incorrectly being sent back to Infinity. As this was a birthday present I was worried it wasn’t going to arrive on time. Dionne was outstanding in sorting everything out, raising a complaint with DPD and keeping me professionally, reassuringly and cheerfully updated at every stage. The boots were immediately dispatched again and arrived in under 24 hours, it was the kind of service you used to get before the world went a bit bonkers. Absolute asset to Infinity - thank you so much Dionne - you saved the day.”

“Been a customer for many years and always had great service, but my latest visit was for a Shoei PFS on my new NXR 2. Had a nice chat with the team in Glasgow, and Natale was on hand to help with the fitting. After a few measurement trials and adjustments, I was really happy with the final fit and walked away with a customised helmet that feels spot on 👌 Brilliant service as always 🏁”
