About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“I ordered a 45 in my boot which was to small. I sent them back hassel free asking for a 46 and revieved 3 days later. Will definatly use infinity again.”

“My package was a day later than they had quoted me which meant I had to re-route delivery. I am not convinced that it had even been sent to courier until I called and asked why I had no confirmation of sending email. That said, once I’d had the email, the package was shipped and arrived in good order. I am very satisfied with the product.”

“Excited to find the helmet I wanted (Shoei X-Spirit 3) in my size and at a good price. Disappointed to find the bike shop I've used for 30 years near my parents had the same helmet for £38 cheaper. Tried to use Infinity's guaranteed price match to see if I could recoup the price difference. A couple of emails were sent the last being 15 days ago. Guessing they're not interested in the price guarantee and refunding the £38 to make this good and potentially keep a customer (and his network). I must add I love the helmet but shop around before you pull the trigger even if a company will use 'the price guarantee' to win your ££.”

“Disappointing. One of the items I ordered was clearly shop soiled and looked used. It wasn’t in the original packaging and was cable tied together with a hand written label to identify the product. It looked secondhand! I contacted you immediately- the email replies from you gave no senders name and no effort was made to deal with it quickly. Instead you insisted I send you proof I’d returned the item (proof of posting) before you’d send a replacement! I saw no reason why the least you could do was send an immediate replacement. I had to incur unnecessary inconvenience and cost going to the Post Office. Overall very disappointed to get a shop soiled / used item and that no effort was made to resolve this quickly.”
