About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Sent completly the wrong size, Utterly abysmal customer service, £116 missing from my account, I will now be reporting this to the authorities. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, the chances are you will regret it!”

Hi Philip Gahan, your parcel was returned today and refunded at 12 pm. The refund can take 3-5 days to be processed with you. I can see that you were notified of the delay of your order on the 28/06/2023, I do apologise that this was a delayed reaction on our part. I can see from your order notes that you were concerned if the correct size was sent to you, and I can confirm that the correct size and product were dispatched to you. Thanks, Danielle

“Just back from a second visit to the York store with a shiny new lid. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough, got superb advice on both visits and nothing was too much trouble. Even save a couple of hundred quid, bonus! Even though it's a hundred mile round trip they're definitely my 'go-to' store from now on.”

“Waited patiently for a month and then you send completely the wrong size? They are in there way back to you for a full refund. I will not be ordering anything else from you.”

“I needed a new pair of boots,had an old pair of RST but fancied a change plus the Velcro had gone on mine,infinity had a nice choice in my price range so I opted for Richa this time,spoke to them on the phone and they went through how to order on my phone,(I’m not very tech savvy) excellent people to deal with,and super fast delivery👌,I will be using them again and would certainly recommend them👍.”

“I ordered gloves with a lead time of 5 days. I have just cancelled after 14 days. Please try to be more realistic about your lead times. Your website says open from 10am and you ring and it says you are closed?”
