About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“This was the first time I got biker trousers and I had the size wrong a few times. Being short, it’s very difficult for me to find a good length. It took me 3 tries to get it right but I managed in the end. Ally eh way through, the team has been very helpful. Ordering online is really easy, the package arrived earlier than expending and their return policy ( as I needed to send things back twice) was very straight forward and easy. Return process in 10 min for an exchange with the return packaged arranged by them - couldn’t get better service. They are definitely my first choice from now on :) and not just because they have my size but because they are very efficient and friendly 😉 great job guys, I’ll be a loyal customer from now on 🤗”

“I have ordered a few times from Infinity and can’t fault their service so far. They have price matched several items, delivery is free, staff are helpful and returns have been free and easy to organise. On top of all of that, loyalty points add up quickly and the vouchers can be used to pay for discounted and matched prices.”

“Purchasing from Infinity Motorcycles has been nothing but a pleasure. The service I've received has been 2nd to none, both over the phone and when returning an item in store at the Farnborough branch- asked for some advice on boots while I was there and have since made a purchase based on their recommendations, couldn't be happier. Hello, I'm sorry you were disappointed with your recent order. The helmet you purchased comes with a dark visor, and the Blue Iridium visor in the product image is sold separately. This is detailed in the description of the product to avoid disappointment. Scorpion only provide stock photos with the blue visor fitted so we apologise for the confusion, but we do mention the description of each product that the coloured visor is not supplied with the helmet. “My problematic experience was not with you but the clowns that attempted to deliver the product from parcel force. Twice they lied and said they tried to deliver it and leave a note through the door. No they came nowhere near the house. Their standard was appalling. However A lady named Stella at Camberley was fantastic, very helpful and a credit to your company. she resolved the issue thank you”

Hello, We can only apologise on behalf of our delivery couriers - over the last couple of months, Parcelforce have been under a lot of stress after the stores were closed due to the recent lockdown, which added to the difficulties of COVID-19, has caused some delays to deliveries. Hopefully, with the easing of lockdown restrictions and the reopening of high-street stores within the next few months, the pressure on our couriers will be relieved and our orders will be delivered more effectively. “I ordered two one piece leather suits. One for me and one for my son. I was ok on choosing my size, but we weren't sure where my son's would fit after reading that the Oxford Stradale suits should be ordered 1 size up elsewhere. I queried this before ordering and received a very prompt reply to say that Inifinity advised to just order the size we nornally would and that we shouldn't worry in ordering the size we thought was best, with the advice to make use of the free returns if we needed to change. We did, as the suit was slightly too large. We followed the simple instructions for the return for exchange and a new suit was received very promptly. Just need my son to return from Uni to be able to try this new one on. Top quality service and the points earned on account were a welcome bonus for use later. Thanks”
