About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“I ordered a new Rukka jacket which was delivered but the wrong size for me and sadly missing a key part. I contacted customer support and returned the first jacket and tracked the return. I had received a replacement jacket with all items included and all whilst the first appeared still to be in transit. That’s excellent customer service and trust. I cannot fault that and highly recommend dealing with them. Thank you, Shiela”

“I have ordered from them a couple of times now and every time delivery has been prompt, prices competitive (especially with their reward scheme), and customer service team helpful. Only minor niggle is it can be hard to find gear with a minimum safety rating as it’s not a searchable value, and requires reading each items description.”

“Used Infinity for the first time to buy a new helmet. X-spirit-3 which was really well priced. I had an issue with the fit but the guys online sorted out the shoei custom fit but replacing the cheek pads so I received the same service I would have in store. The customer service I received was fantastic. Both the online sales manager I emailed and the lady in telephone sales I spoke to were both knowledgeable, helpful and most of all friendly. I will definitely check Inifinty before anyone else next time I’m after kit and will tell my friends about the good experience I had to and encourage them to try infinity motorcycles as well.”
