About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Ordered jacket at 11.00 am on a Thursday as it said next day delivery. Did not arrive until Monday so I had to take a day off work.”

“Fabulous customer service but more than that, a genuine desire to solve a problem! I bought a Shoei helmet from Infinity last year but the padding has remained really tight. Mike at Infinity sorted me out over email and the phone and new thinner lining arrived the very next day and it fits a treat. No more squished hamster face! Fabulous! We'll continue to go to Infinity for what we need!”

“Oh I have used the shop more than once, I've spoke to Rebecca and Mike through email and spoke the phone to others. There was a problem with the Sena intercom, they was fantastic help, however the help of Italian Dainese AGV sena all own by same company absolutely useless. But infinity are perfectly very nice and helpful and have joined them. Only bad thing I have is none in Wales all the shops are in England. The Item of AGV ARK says fit on k5 and k6 and a AX9 I think it is? It will fit on k3 to as the photos show I have it will fit.”

“Not informed products were out of stock, I had to call 4 days after the expected delivery date to be told. Informed someone would call Monday afternoon, again i had to call to confirm products would not arrive in time. Requested refund.”

“Dainese Hekla Abshell Jacktet . Used the size guide which gave me the correct fit . The jacket has lots of features which are well thought out , the jacket has the feel of a well made piece of kit . Will shortly be getting the trousers to match .”

“I ordered a top 1st June 2023. Received a full suit. Returned as it was an error in picking item off shelf. I repacked and returned suit. Received new parcel 21st June 2023 and it was again a suit. As this seems to be a repeating error. I feel I need to buy the top elswhere instead of repeating this situation over and over. Opened first parcel and it is the Suit.
