About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“I find the team friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile if you need help. I purchased an Arai helmet which I have had issues with the fitting, James and Steve have gone above and beyond to try and get the correct fit, they have even enlisted the help of the local Arai rep who was also very helpful”

“I spoke to an assistant at Farnborough who was knowledgeable and helpful and suggested going on line as they didn't have the item that I wanted in stock. I did this and found the experience straight forward and efficient. My order duly arrived a few days later and was exactly what I wanted. Overall, a pleasant experience! Well done Infinity!”

“II used nfinity in Christchurch near Bournemouth Great personal service was given, the team member was very knowledgeable about all the different brands on offer, and was not too intrusive or pushy in sales just great advice given whilst trying on all the gear. it was nice to try on all the gear rather than just ordering on line, glad i did as its very important as sizes did vary a lot in the different brands and better still great deals to be found too Will use again and again and can't recommend enough”

“always a very warm welcome from the Glasgow staff. very helpful and great advice. every person goes the extra mile and nothing is too much trouble for them. good prices and a great selection of stock, you even get to sit on a staff member's bike to check if the clothes fit perfectly, can't ask for anything more than that.”
