I purchased a Nolan Helmet that was delivered promptly. I thought it to be a little heavy (certainly heavier than my existing flip up helmet) and I couldn’t fit my sena comms because helmet was too thick that the bracket would not fit so decided to return the helmet. The return service (parcelforce) was very slow and parcelforce’s tracking system was useless (when it had eventually arrived back at Infinity, parcelforce was still showing it was still at their hub. I ordered another helmet (Caberg Duke Evo) and Infinity dispatched this promptly. I was very happy with this helmet and Infinity refunded me for the returned helmet promptly. I would have given 5* but drop one because of the carrier they used for returns.
