About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“I have a £30.00 voucher which when i went to use it today i found out it is now worthless since the vouchers are now only valid for 6 months. Some warning would have been appreciated.”

Hi Mark, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of Infinity Motorcycles. Vouchers are only valid for six months, this should have been communicated to you when receiving this. I apologise that this was not the case. Our Club Infinity team are able to reissue unused vouchers if they exceed their expiry date and review these queries on a case-by-case basis. “Very easy to order n deal with - the couriers left item with neighbour but didn’t tell me - I phoned to query where item was as I received an email requesting service feedback from infinity. The young lady was really helpful and explained which neighbour had taken delivery in my absence - neighbour was in work and brought round later. Courier maybe should have pushed card through and advised ??”

“With the speed of delivery and the price I couldn't be happier. And the quality of the helmet I purchased, again I'm very happy. But I can't say the same for the Sena bluetooth intercom system I bought to go in the helmet. The volume when set at high is great when stationary, but as soon as you pull away you can't hear anything for wind noise. Cheers, Alex.”

“In store, Infinity Motorcycles are amazing, helpful and the staff can't do enough to help. Move to mail order and it's like a different company. I ordered a helmet with a card unit fitted which was done so poorly that you couldn't put your head in the helmet without breaking a headphone cable. Then I ordered a USB Furygan battery charger, was sent an EU plug one instead, the website couldn't handle a return, and when I used the packing slip nothing happened.... ever”
