About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“By far the worst online retailer I've used. Bought some items from them, they never arrived. I complained in the first instance, that was over a week ago. Kept saying they'll get back to me, but they still haven't resolved it. Even had a visit from DPD asking if I got my parcel, I explained I hadn't. They have failed to deliver and kept my money, awful people.”

We dispatched your parcel on the 24/03/2023, and it was received on the 25/03/2023. I can see from the notes in your order that you did not receive this. “I traveled back from Norway to pick up a new bike and whilst home ordered some new kit to go with it from Infinity Great Portland Street. The service from the area manager (Nik) and Gideon in the shop was second to none. Truly restored my faith in exceptional customer service and relations. They were absolutely faultless. What a great team and fully worthy of 5 stars. I will always use them in the future. John.”

“Very disappointed I ordered a new Halvarsson jacket. Payment taken Expected delivery within a few days. Delivery date past contacted shop to be told it was still abroad and no delivery date available this should be made clear at the ordering stage as I may have changed my mind! Then to get email asking for feed back on my purchase Please do better infinity”

“After ordering the product it was sent out incorrectly, then after having to honour of my way three time to drop it off at the post office as the post age labels weren’t working, I was promised as soon as it been registered at the post office they would send out the correct one. 5 days after send it back and getting the email to say that it’s on it way still nothing. I rang up and was told, oh sorry I forgot to send the replacement out 🤬🤬🤬🤬”

“I purchased a Rukka jacket for my missis, it was too small so we used the returns service no issues, within 48 hours we had the correct size item. Brilliant service from Louise the returns manager who kept me up to date and got the replacement to us before the weekend when we needed it for. Many thanks 🙏”
