About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Ordered a Shoei helmet over the phone very professional and easy simple process arrived on correct day on time great service.It was a little bit tight so contacted infinity to request next size up .Return process very easy and new helmet arrived and I am very very pleased with it .I will definately use again .”

“It was most agreeable dealing with Steve (Oxford) and Tom (Farnborough)) in the purchase of my Arai Lid - even though I will have to return as its a bit tight. My experience extends to the exceptional website that stocks just about everything I need from top to toe and was nicely designed for good and interesting navigation. I will be making a special trip after the bug has gone (I live in Wales 85 miles form Oxford) for full winter kit. The Bering Balistik textile Jacket/Trousers combo looks particularly tempting. Can’t wait…Let me out! Bob Laker”

“Excellent customer service. My first order was too small and the replacement next size up was too big. I had to reply in changing the helmet from an AGV to a Shoei in a small (original size ordered in the AGV) and it arrived in reasonable time and fits perfectly Would highly recommend Infinity Motorcycles”
