About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

Great leathers (Oxford one peice) only complaint is when lining removed the the hard part of the Velcro remains causing rubbing on skin which after a few hours becomes sore 🙈

Hi Darren, I'm sorry that you were not satisfied with your recent order. The comfort lining of your Oxford leather suit should be worn at all times and is only intended to be removed for washing. We would not recommend wearing the suit without this interior lining, as this will feel extremely uncomfortable against your skin (as you experienced first hand!) Kind regards, Jonah

Ordered 2x Packtalk bold duo’s and only one pack came. After informing of mistake another order was sent out to rectify the problem but unfortunately this was a single unit so I was still one unit short, we agreed to buy the single unit and wait for another delivery of a duo pack which finally came to full fill the order . After spending nearly £1000 on the intercoms I was offered a £10 gift voucher for my inconvenience

I was very put out that the item was not delivered to my house. Unfortunately, Infinity Motorcycles used ParcelForce, so it was delivered down the road and round the corner. I say delivered , it was left on this blokes doorstep and a signature was forged implying I had signed for it! Not an isolated incident. This is why I always try to buy from Amazon. I actually receive what I order.

Order something from the your website is my worst nightmare. After 2 hours search I found something what looks like what I want. So I was happy and I just took a quick look on the details and ordered that. I got my item fast enough and I was happy again. Until I not recognised that's not what I want. But I didn't want to send it back to you because that would mean I have to search a new item on your website again. I ordered another accessories from the eBay and now useful the item what I ordered from you (but it is still doesn't work as I want). I accept my mistake at order and the item works well but will not order from you again until your website will not changed.

The service was excellent very knowledgable online helper ( forgot to ask his name but very good, fast despatch and delivery, excellent online help and advice, fast despatch and delivery of different size cheekpads that were needed. However the helmet when it arrived had obviously been used or sent out before hairs inside, I would happily have accepted that as I thought I would have had to return if not my size, what really finished the deal was the absolutely dirty makeup engrained cheekpads that I received to alter the fit of the helmet, they were so stained with make up I didn’t even try them in the helmet!!! A refund was issued with no problem, so thank you for that, would probably use again but not for a helmet .

purchased product in jan, on arrival internal sunvisor was broken, managed to obtain a replacement however took a couple weeks. After 3 months noticed that the external visor rubs on both sides of the outside of the helmet and caused scrapes on both sides. I am very disappointed in this product. infinity have now asked me to return the product for investigation forcing me to buy a cheap replacement for the meantime whilst i wait which i am not impressed with all however want this resolved.I am now hoping that Infinity will help me in replacing this product for an alternative product that is NOT SCORPION. Depending on the service i receive i will update this review accordinly.

Initially Fantastic online advice and assistance sourcing textile trousers. Had a confirmation email for a pair of A-stars Patron goretex textile trousers. That evening I had an apologetic message that they were now unavailable. Gutted! This shouldn’t happen. Should have honoured original order from another source.

I had ordered jeans and got a confirmation email and a delivery date. The date came and went with no communication, it was only when I called that I was told the jeans I was waiting on weren't actually in stock. The guy I dealt with was helpful and told me he would get back to me the next day. Again had to call and by chance I got the same guy who said he would get them sent out that day.

My problematic experience was not with you but the clowns that attempted to deliver the product from parcel force. Twice they lied and said they tried to deliver it and leave a note through the door. No they came nowhere near the house. Their standard was appalling. However A lady named Stella at Camberley was fantastic, very helpful and a credit to your company. she resolved the issue thank you

Hello, We can only apologise on behalf of our delivery couriers - over the last couple of months, Parcelforce have been under a lot of stress after the stores were closed due to the recent lockdown, which added to the difficulties of COVID-19, has caused some delays to deliveries. Hopefully, with the easing of lockdown restrictions and the reopening of high-street stores within the next few months, the pressure on our couriers will be relieved and our orders will be delivered more effectively. I ordered a new Arai visor and when the parcel was delivered it contained a new Alpinestars waterproof jacket, my size and no doubt expensive. I did contact Infinity and informed them what had happened, they arranged for a collection of the jacket and sent another parcel with my visor. Service was therefore only average. Good job I was honest!!

I thought I had ordered a man’s thermal vest fir click and collect but a woman’s turned up. The staff at Hanger Lane did well to sort it out fast, in time for Christmas. You might like to check if the order was incorrect on my part or on yours.

When I ordered the item before Christmas it the website said in stock. Didn’t actually receive my order until 2 weeks after Christmas which was disappointing.

I like the service and the products but you seriously let yourself down by your mailing list. I agreed to be added because I thought an offer now and then is good to know about but I got and email EVERY day, sometimes more than one a day. Once or twice a month is fine but no one wants that kind of amount. Sort it out.

Very professional in store and with any queries. However the whole customer service experience has been significantly below what I expected. There have been a number of delays to the delivery of my bike which I can understand. However I had to chase for information on each occasion, frequently at the end of day the bike was due to be collected. They have not been proactive in the passage of information to myself.
