“Very helpful man going out...chatty and explained where to meet on return. Little bit of confusion on return as wasn't explained properly for timings. But saying that will definitely use them again, already booked for 2 more car parking in October”

“I was happy with the price I paid. I booked for 4 nights, coming back on the 18th at 12.30am. My booking confirmed this. However, in a rush to get the airport with worries about long queues, I had failed to notice the woman at check in had written return on the 17th for the tag attached to my key. I had signed this. When I returned I was told I had to pay another day. I explained my booking was correct and that it was their error, despite the fact I had signed the card attached to my key. It was only after a short "discussion" and the fact I could provide evidence of my original booking. Not ideal after a 3 hour flight with another 3 hour drive home early in the morning.”

“I have been using this car park for about 10 years now and I am always happy with the service however, I was somewhat disappointed with being dropped off so far from the airport as my wife has difficulty walking that sort of distance and had to stop twice to rest.”

“No complaints, 2 min drive from the airport, drivers are friendly, had to wait about 10/15 mins to be picked up from the airport but that’s not a problem and to be expected. No issues with us but thinking ahead, the pick up point is about a 5/6 minute walk from the terminal and if it’s raining I can’t imagine it’s much fun. However appears to be the best price going so would happily use again”

“We have used this company for many years and they have always offered good service and value. However, they used to drop us right outside the terminal building but now the drop off is some way out. I believe this has been caused by the airport parking restrictions. We will continue to use In2carparks as they are reliable, punctual and friendly.”
