“Very friendly and so easy. Drop car off and shuttle in then when return give them a call and they collect no problems. Would highly recommend”

“I booked my car in then refused soon as I paid that is was Liverpool instead of Newcastle...parently it happened to someone else too. I phoned straight away but lady was not in office , I sent number of emails no reply nearly 2 weeks later they refunded me minus £10 for paper work☹ did not think this was fair as it was noticed straight away.. money not even out of bank”

Hi, thanks for your feedback. You had booked at the wrong airport, we are not sure how you managed to confuse our Liverpool airport with Newcastle airport. The booking was cancelled and refunded as soon as it was brought to our attention.

“My daughter booked this parking for me and I didn’t realise I couldn’t park my car where I wanted to and I would have to leave my car keys. I was very apprehensive as this is something I have never done before. Well I didn’t need to worry! Everyone was lovely in the office and couldn’t do enough to reassure me everything would be fine with my car. We got a lift to the airport and was dropped off in the drop off zone about a 5 minute walk to the terminal. When we arrived back from our holiday I rang the number they had given me in the office and by the time we got to the pick up point (which is where we were originally dropped off) we had a 5 minute wait and the mini bus turned up to take us back to the car park. My car was in perfect condition just as I had left it. Would definitely use again 100%.”

“Very good service for the price.. walking to airport from drop off point is a bit of a distance..5 min walk.. especially if you’ve got heavy luggage… otherwise would recommend”

“MY FAULT GOT LOST SO LATE ARRIVING BUT STAYY WERE WONDERFUL TAKING ME TO THE AIRPORT AND PICKING ME UP ON MY RETURN. WILL CERTAINLY BE USING THEM AGAIN PROBABLY IN JUNE... THANK YOU”

Hi, thanks for your feedback. Sorry to hear that you had to wait for 45 minutes to return to the car park. Our busses are making constant trips between the airport and the car park and if multiple flights land at the same time, it can cause a small delay as there are only so many people we can transport at a time.
