“It was the 3rd time I used in2 car park. Unfortunately this time I was very dispapointed with the rudeness of the person who responded to my call on 21/4/25. I called in2 park while waiking out of airport lounge informing the operator that I had arrived. Even,if it was my mistake to call him before reaching the car park outside the airport, he could have politely asked me to call him again once I had reached the car park. He asked me about my car I tried to tell him the registration number after telling him the make of my car, as there could be many vw Tiguan parked in your car park, he cut me short and started shouting at me, accusing me to be treaing him"as a peice of shit". when we reached the in2 office I was reminded about calling them once we reached the car park which was fair enough but calling office just few minutes earlier did not desreve this extremely rude behaviour. I am surprised, how could this rude person has so far survived working in a customer sevice position.”

“Superb, used several times now for Liverpool airport, easy and friendly and no waiting for shuttle bus in either direction. 25% cheaper than anywhere else, there is an additional £5 for the access on dropoff but this is clearly communicated. Recommended”

“Service was great. Only criticism is fitting 8 in the vehicle so we had to wait a while from the Airport back to the Carpark. Could do with a bigger vehicle or another one.”

“Very easy and simple process. Left our car for 4 days. Cheaper than everywhere else in the area. No issues on getting a lift to the airport and arriving back in the UK. Will use them again.”
