“Flawless, we were in and parked and in the taxi within 10 mins on the way and I was out the car park in my own car from the airport in around 15 mins Would use every time I travel from Liverpool going forward”

“Excellent service all round. Reasonable rates. Directions to site perfect. Staff friendly and professional. Quick transfer by shuttle bus to airport. Return, collect baggage, phone for pick up, short wait for shuttle bus back to car. Will be using again and recommending to friends and family.”

“The collection from the airport back to my vehicle ruined my experience of using your service. Not only was the communication lacking for the collection (I was simply just told 'to wait'). We had been waiting for 10 minutes when a party that had been waiting less time was able to jump infront of us and get into the minibus without question from the driver. This caused us to have to wait a further ten minutes for the driver to return. The driver being allocated a name for collection would solve this. It was also somewhat disapointing that you only had the single minibus doing collections. We were a family party of tweleve and this caused some issues in the group. After the problems listed I think I will look at all options next time rather than be an immidiate return customer. This also goes for the others in my party.”

“I've used this company a few times now and they've always been brilliant. The people who work there are friendly and everything runs smoothly, from dropping my car off and handing over the keys, the mini bus is already waiting to take you to the airport and then coming back my car is ready for me to go straight away. Will always use in2 when I fly from Liverpool.”

“Pretty rude drivers there and back from the airport On way after dropping off the car it felt like we was in a rally car to get to the airport speeding all the way When coming back rang the office to say was just picking up the suitcase now and we won’t be long only to be told a driver was there already I then told him if I miss him I’ll phone you back when we come out 7 minutes later we got out and saw the minibus so went over only to be greeted by an arrogant driver who asked us why it took us so long to get out and he’d been waiting for over 10 minutes for us (he was already there after dropping off)no help with cases just watching us get them in the back and once again rally racing back the the car park In my opinion very unprofessional and would never ever use again”

“Really disappointed on the return pick up. Have you used before and no issues but this time had to wait 45 minutes for collection. Only one car running and several families ahead of us waiting for collection at 3am. No apology and driver had a job breathing never mind speaking to us or helping with luggage.”
