“We parked there 10 days with transport to airport.no issues. Friendly staff all good”

“The pick up and drop off were very efficient. I have had my car parked there a few times and my car has been waiting in the bays as you enter on the right hand side. This time I was left to get my car out myself and it was parked very tight to the point I really struggled to get in to the drivers seat. The passengers side was also blocked in and there was a very small gap at the boot too. I am hoping to book again in december but I won't be happy if this happens again.”

“Great service, our plane was delayed, and we arrived 1 hour and 30 minutes later, and didn't have to an extra charge. I'll be definitely using again, when I go on my next trip from there 👍”

“I have used these multiple times and found them really good, never had an issue. Always nice on the phone and when checking in n out. Car park easy to find (use nav) right down Evans Road and its in the left before the top of the road and only 5 mins away from JLA the transfer most times is shared depending on the time of year but never been a problem I would recommend In2 without hesitation and from when I first started to used In2 you can see them going from strength to strength I would not use anyone else! (One suggestion the £5.00 barrier fee should be included in the price whichever way you book) Thanks”

“Bus not there to collect us when we landed when the bus evetnally arrived after phoning everyone one rushed to get on and there was no room for us, when we got to the carpark my car was sandwiched in it took me ages to get it out all the cars were tightly parked as if the were trying to get more vehicles in. At 1.30 am after a long flight home i just wanted to go, after all that's what I paid to do, I still had an hour and a half drive and this made it worse”

“Even though it was 4 in the morning (15/5/26) the man in the office was so lovely and accommodating. We got lost, I rang the office and he answered giving me directions as it was pitch black! Full on banter and humour. Would highly recommend 😀”

“Very easy & fast process from the initial booking to the drop off & pick up process. Dropped car off a bit earlier than scheduled, but that didn’t matter, handed keys over and on transfer bus to the terminal just over 5 minutes away from the car park. On return, just had to ring the car park to let them know we were ready, roughly 10 mins wait for transfer bus back to car park, car waiting ready to load up with luggage and get on our way home. So easy process, already booked for next April & will recommend to friends & family.”

“It was my 1st time booking with In2CarParks and all I can say the whole process was plain sailing simple and the customer service was 10/10. Getting dropped off to the airport was so convenient with their shuttle bus. I would highly recommend these guys.”

“On our departure date everything was fine and smooth but have to pay £5 for each party which was three party's £15 to drop us off but on arrival rang them to let them know we were in car park told be 10 minutes but sadly took 50 minutes to pick us up and get us back to pick our car up”
