“Staff are friendly and the service is efficient there was no waiting around as soon as we landed and asked to be picked up the driver was there within 5 minutes I will definitely use this service again”

“Use In2 Carparks every time I fly from Liverpool. Reasonable prices and never had an issue. Mini bus is always to hand your never waiting long for pick ups”

“Wasn't informed about 2 different pick up points, after 30 minutes of waiting with 2 small children was finally picked up but charged £4 in cash extra! It does not mention any of that when booking online also not many people use cash these days.”

“Bit of a walk from drop off and same for return journey especially for peoe with walking difficulties,we personally would prefer to pay drop off fee than having to walk a fair distance, otherwise good friendly service”

“I was unable to find the car park with the post code provided and had to find alternative parking I e mailed in2caprparks regarding this and I am still awaiting a response I would never recommend”

“The service from the car park to the airport and return was very good and prompt. And the price charged was excellent value. However, there was no mention when booking that the drop off and collection point at the airport was a 7 minute walk to the terminal!!!!! The driver said this was to avoid the £4 charge for dropping off near the terminal, but this should be advertised by yourselves and customers given the choice of paying the charge or not”

Hi, thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately, this would have not been the case in our car park. No way would any member of staff attempt to siphone petol out of any vehicle. To double check, we have reviewed the CCTV records which shows that no attempt was made to siphone petrol from your car.

“We understand the problem of cost but found the drop off point a long walk for people who are not good at walking, we thought that the staff were very caring and accommodating and I would use In2CarParks again if travelling from Liverpool John Lennon Airport. J D Watts”
