Dropping the car off was not the problem but picking it up was. Our flight was delayed by an hour and we rang to get picked up once we had got our cases as advised and went to the meet point. The bus arrived but we could not fit on so had to wait for 20ish minutes in the wind and the rain for the bus to drop off and return. When we got back to the office I went and collected my keys and asked me where my car was. I got told it was on the side. I went out and couldn’t see my car when everyone else on the bus was getting into their cars. I walked about pressing the open button on my keys and still couldn’t find it. My partner then started looking. The guy from the office came out and took my keys to look, and was walking about trying to find it. He then said for us to wait in the office. He came back and asked me if I’d made an online booking as “he couldn’t find a booking for me. You’d had my car keys for 2 weeks that were labelled up so clearly there was a booking. The guy went back out looking and then came back to get some other cars keys to move to be able to get my car out. In total we were waiting for 25 minutes for my car to be found. It should have been in the correct place. Clearly there needs to be more buses running and more staff to ensure cars are where they should be.

Our experience going to the airport was spot on, however our return journey not so much. I contacted In 2 as soon as I could at our arrival airport and I was told that they would send a car, when we got outside there was a group getting into the vehicle, we asked if they would send someone else to which we were told yes, 20 minutes later still no car for us, I phoned back and asked how long and he said “we are always coming and going so someone will be with you soon”. Another car arrived and again, another group jumped in, another conversation with the same driver as before and he made a phone call to the office who told him that another car was coming. Another 20 minutes later still no car, we rang again and said no car, to which we were told he was having car problems. 2 adults and 3 kids freezing cold in the early hours. Add insult to injury, my car was blocked in, no organisation at the car park. Seems just a money maker and that’s all they are concerned about. Disappointed but won’t use again.

I’ve used in2 quite a few times now. They always charge me an extra fiver to get into the airport no matter how many people are in the minibus they all get charged. Coming back this time there was only two of us and we had a fair wait to get picked up and when we got back to the office the car wasn’t ready to drive off until other car had to be moved. I’ll try someone else next time

Car safe however rude worker on our return to the vehicle. The worker himself was rude and curt in the interaction, he was not only very sarcastic but "huffed" and "puffed" when getting my car keys.

Car being driven, all settings included: seat, climate and car position being changed. Extra tax for airport barrier.Not happy

I was happy with the service apart from when a man spoke to me rudely and ruined the whole experience. Upon collecting my car i put timing wrong which i understand its an error on my part. I was given my key and then a man stated in a very rude manner i had put time wrong and it was a nightmare finding my car. I had just come off a flight early hours in the morning and had a small child with me.He could have told me in a polite manner and not in an agressive tone. What made it worse was there was another customer waiting behind me and i was really embarrassed. Will not use this service again simply because of the way i was spoken to.

No mention of an extra £5 per party,to get into the airport car park, until you check in. Somebody is making a lot of money on top of the parking charges. Step required for passengers to get into and out of minibus as it's very high May be nice for the driver to help customers with their bag, rather than watch on. Please give customers accurate information regarding how long they have to wait for pickup, rather than 'they are on the way' when they are clearly not, due to the time taken.

Your driver who picked us up just stopped opened the back and stepped back helping no one with case's didn't even help a woman who couldn't get on the van when we got to your car park he just opened back again and disappeared very ignorant person

I have given a low score because my wife struggled to get into the van because the step up was too high. I strongly feel you need to have a mobile step available which people with restricted mobility can use to access the van. Otherwise everything was fine, quick transfer to airport and return was timely too. But the experience put my wife off using you again.

Sat nav cudnt find place so I had to ring for directions, needs better signage. Miserable driver on return, rang to say I'd arrived, whilst I collected case, was told to wait on drop off car park, minibus turned up, went to get in to be told there was a queue ,people ahead of me, and to wait!, not only was there any indication of said queue (seemed like a free for all to me!) but, was stood freezing cold, for another good 10 mins or so awaiting return of minibus. The lads in reception were happy, friendly, and a lot nicer than the misery that picked us up!. Won't be using again, would rather pay bit more,keep my keys, and park near terminal!.

If you know you have 21 people coming off the same flight, don't send an 8 seater. We got left waiting for an hour outside with a 5 year old.

Not happy with paying an extra £5 for the minibus to access drop off area at Liverpool Airport. This is due to other people on the minibus also paying £5. This must be a real money maker. Also on the way home there was too many people on the bus meaning not everyone had seat belt on, which is illegal.

There were difficulties in locating the location for drop off. Upon arrival, I was informed of an additional £5 charge. The pickup was delayed by an hour, and due to limited vehicle capacity, half of my party had to remain at the airport until the driver returned to collect them. I will not be utilizing this service in the future.

On arrival back to the car park my was parked up against the fence. And when I looked at it in the morning I noticed there was a scratch on the bumper.

Arrival was fine, return pickup was not. After leaving the airport I phoned the car park and then waited almost 1 hour to be collected. Whoever had answered the phone had forgotten to tell the driver.
