Bus not there to collect us when we landed when the bus evetnally arrived after phoning everyone one rushed to get on and there was no room for us, when we got to the carpark my car was sandwiched in it took me ages to get it out all the cars were tightly parked as if the were trying to get more vehicles in. At 1.30 am after a long flight home i just wanted to go, after all that's what I paid to do, I still had an hour and a half drive and this made it worse

Only left 2stars for all the staff for when we arrived. When we arrived in the afternoon all the staff were lovely, the driver even placed our suitcases on and off the minibus, on the way back after 7pm it was all different. The driver chatted to the couple he knew and walked to them to get their suitcases, left me and my mum to get the suitcases to the minibus ourselves, not good when im disabled. Arrived at where carpark was and my mum had to get the suitcases off the minibus herself, he walked off. I went inside the unit to get my key and asked where my car was as i had already telephoned 15mins earlier to say my car reg. The man inside said it was at the side near the minibus, which it wasnt they only moved the couples car they know, he laughed then said it was behind me. The entire unit smelt of drugs. This is not good and im thankful they did not move my car because either 1 or more of the staff smoke drugs.

Thank you for your feedback. We will speak to the team as to why one of the team didn't advise you correctly where your car was. Regarding the smell of drugs. We are aware of this. A customer had arrived just before you did who we asked to leave due to them having the oder of drugs. This is outside of our control if a customer comes into the car park reception like that.

Pros Parking was cheap They let us extend our stay for free for an extra day The guy who greeted us was nice CONS The transfer driver was very rude and shouted at me because I had to hand the car keys in and was apparently holding him up. He then tried to fit a family of 3 in one seat of the vehicle, which they obviously refused to do. He drove pretty erratically Just quite unprofessional all around but cheap I guess !!!!

First of all I cancelled by email 3 times weeks before. Asked for refund which never came. Then they ask for a review on car parking which never happened. Used them before and OK, just need to update records

Arrival at carpark and taxi to airport was great. Coming home however we stood 20mins waiting at 11.30 at night to be picked up then told we had to wait for more passengers arriving on a different flight. The attitude of the driver when I said I wasn't happy was disgusting and then he refused to help with the cases and just grunted. Won't use again

Not the friendliest of staff on arrival & departure I think the staff member dealing with us on both occasions had sat on a Wasp ??? Won't be using you again or recommending Thank you for the experience

Dropped my car off in perfect condition, picked it up with the clutch gone so £170 tow home and £540 car repairs was an expensive trip

Dropping the car off was not the problem but picking it up was. Our flight was delayed by an hour and we rang to get picked up once we had got our cases as advised and went to the meet point. The bus arrived but we could not fit on so had to wait for 20ish minutes in the wind and the rain for the bus to drop off and return. When we got back to the office I went and collected my keys and asked me where my car was. I got told it was on the side. I went out and couldn’t see my car when everyone else on the bus was getting into their cars. I walked about pressing the open button on my keys and still couldn’t find it. My partner then started looking. The guy from the office came out and took my keys to look, and was walking about trying to find it. He then said for us to wait in the office. He came back and asked me if I’d made an online booking as “he couldn’t find a booking for me. You’d had my car keys for 2 weeks that were labelled up so clearly there was a booking. The guy went back out looking and then came back to get some other cars keys to move to be able to get my car out. In total we were waiting for 25 minutes for my car to be found. It should have been in the correct place. Clearly there needs to be more buses running and more staff to ensure cars are where they should be.

Our experience going to the airport was spot on, however our return journey not so much. I contacted In 2 as soon as I could at our arrival airport and I was told that they would send a car, when we got outside there was a group getting into the vehicle, we asked if they would send someone else to which we were told yes, 20 minutes later still no car for us, I phoned back and asked how long and he said “we are always coming and going so someone will be with you soon”. Another car arrived and again, another group jumped in, another conversation with the same driver as before and he made a phone call to the office who told him that another car was coming. Another 20 minutes later still no car, we rang again and said no car, to which we were told he was having car problems. 2 adults and 3 kids freezing cold in the early hours. Add insult to injury, my car was blocked in, no organisation at the car park. Seems just a money maker and that’s all they are concerned about. Disappointed but won’t use again.

I’ve used in2 quite a few times now. They always charge me an extra fiver to get into the airport no matter how many people are in the minibus they all get charged. Coming back this time there was only two of us and we had a fair wait to get picked up and when we got back to the office the car wasn’t ready to drive off until other car had to be moved. I’ll try someone else next time

Car safe however rude worker on our return to the vehicle. The worker himself was rude and curt in the interaction, he was not only very sarcastic but "huffed" and "puffed" when getting my car keys.

I was happy with the service apart from when a man spoke to me rudely and ruined the whole experience. Upon collecting my car i put timing wrong which i understand its an error on my part. I was given my key and then a man stated in a very rude manner i had put time wrong and it was a nightmare finding my car. I had just come off a flight early hours in the morning and had a small child with me.He could have told me in a polite manner and not in an agressive tone. What made it worse was there was another customer waiting behind me and i was really embarrassed. Will not use this service again simply because of the way i was spoken to.

No mention of an extra £5 per party,to get into the airport car park, until you check in. Somebody is making a lot of money on top of the parking charges. Step required for passengers to get into and out of minibus as it's very high May be nice for the driver to help customers with their bag, rather than watch on. Please give customers accurate information regarding how long they have to wait for pickup, rather than 'they are on the way' when they are clearly not, due to the time taken.

Your driver who picked us up just stopped opened the back and stepped back helping no one with case's didn't even help a woman who couldn't get on the van when we got to your car park he just opened back again and disappeared very ignorant person

I have given a low score because my wife struggled to get into the van because the step up was too high. I strongly feel you need to have a mobile step available which people with restricted mobility can use to access the van. Otherwise everything was fine, quick transfer to airport and return was timely too. But the experience put my wife off using you again.
