Hi, thanks for your feedback. Sorry to hear that you had to wait for 45 minutes to return to the car park. Our busses are making constant trips between the airport and the car park and if multiple flights land at the same time, it can cause a small delay as there are only so many people we can transport at a time.

“Very poor customer service. When I went to pick up my car I noticed that the car was hit. I reported the problem to the employee and I was told to call during the next week as there was no manager in at that time (it was on a Friday at midnight). I followed up with them and I was told very rudely on the phone that I should've taken pictures of every inch of the car before so now I have no proof that they hit my car and then hung up. Will not use them again and I suggest if you care about your car just park it somewhere else as they are clearly not interested in taking care of the customers and their possessions.”

“Friendly staff who went above and beyond as my wife had left her phone in the car at the car park and they came back to the airport with it. Used them many times before and will continue to.”
