“First time parking here as it was cheapest option but didn’t realise I had to leave my keys with them so gave myself a lot of time for my return just in case there was delays with my flight. When I called for pickup got yelled at because my car was in back as he wasn’t expecting me. The drop off and pick up far away and walking in dark late at night was ominous for two women doesn’t feel safe. Would never use them again next time I’d pay extra to park opposite the airport entrance. You can’t put a price on safety and convenience! If these things don’t matter to you then they are fine to use”

Hi, thanks for your feedback. We could drop you off near the main entrance, there is an additional fee for this and it should have been avised to you when you arrived at the car park. In terms of arriving back at the car park, we keep an eye on your flight, so we know if you are delayed. If you put a time on that is later your car understandably would be brought out after the cars of an earlier arrival time.

“No fuss, super prompt service both to and from the airport, friendly staff. The walk to the terminal from the drop off is not as bad as its made out by some its a max 5 mins. Rang for collection on return and the gent was there in 2 minutes, definitely use again and recommend”

“a bit of a wait for the collection on arrival and the driver did another round when he left the car park to collect another person. I guess if I was that person, that's exactly what I'd want :) it was good to see the car ready to go, overall your service is good value for money. I will use again. Btw, some fields on this form are not applicable!”
