Everything went smooth in terms of leaving the car and drop off at airport but when we returned we figured there were so many families waiting for the shuttle back to parking. They sent a small van that would accommodate 2 families max. As soon as van would arrive people would rush to go and many would be left behind. Since all theu had was 1 small van we had to wait till 3rd round until finally it was our turn to go to the parking in that cramped van. We also realised there was a scratch on my car after returning home.

After 3 weeks my car looks like to be storage in the sheet hole 🕳️ . Full of pigeon 💩 poop . Many of them left unremovable marks .... Never again .

Won’t be using again!!! Recently left my car with them for 7 days. Picked the car up and it was early hours of the morning and dark so couldn’t inspect the car. At 10am that morning I was going out in my car and notice a scratch on the rear passenger side door panel!! This absolutely was not there before dropping the car off!! I’m Livid as it’s just cost me £130 to have repaired! No point in contacting In2 as they will only argue that it was there before and car left with them is done so at owners risk etc!! I’ll stick to getting a taxi next time to the airport!!!

I booked the wrong airport (my error). I emailed a few days before we should have arrived to let them know we wouldn’t be using the booking and asked to let me know if they refund or not. No response! Pretty poor, wouldn’t book again.

no signage , parking lots very small, misleading arrows to parking areas, lifts dirty, no ib=formation boards , would not erecommend this parking company

My car had a big nail in the tire, it delayed my trip back home after flight. The company answer-it's Saturday, please contact us on Monday. Not happy.

We booked our car into this car park for a flight to Barcelona. However, our dated changed so we had to fly from Manchester. We tried to cancel and ask for a refund but we're told a refund wasn't possible and we could get a credit. We explained that we were from Newcastle upon Tyne and it would be highly unlikely that we would ever fly from Liverpool again and were still refused a refund. I would never book parking here again and would not recommend anyone else using them.

All previous 1 star reviews are genuine. And same thing happened to us. Called as soon as landed the flight. Asked the customer care where is the pick up answer was ‘You should know’. Driver came stated mini bus but it’s not mimi bus 9 seater van. Don’t know whom is is picking up, sat in his seat , didn’t help at all. We were 7 waiting to pick up first bit taken who came after us, when collecting I asked the staff he said driver broken his leg so he can’t help? So he shouldn’t be driving and putting us in risk. They should’ve arranged as these parking booked months ago. Terrible service. Over an hour wait to pick and taken 5 pound entry from all passengers. Not again. This is the genuine review. Avoid if you can, cheap to park but you get cheap service as well.

Used this company a few times and always been fine but a few hours after arriving home. I returned to the car to find 2 parallel scratches behind the door. As if somebody has squeezed out of the car in a tight spot and scratched the car with a zip or something in their clothing. Obviously after only noticing once we'd left I knew we had no comeback. The wife called anyway only to be told the same thing. Some honesty would be nice from the company. Obviously it's an accident and not intentional so why not let us know rather than covering if up and hope we don't notice before we leave.

We arrived back and waited a long time too get picked up too , when I phoned the lady kept saying there is two mini buses there, all four of us checked round and couldn't see ours, I have used the service numerous off occasions and knew I was in the right place. A simple call from the driver too show us exactly where he was would have resolved this, I kept telling the lady I'm at the pick up point, the blue bus stop but she was very abrupt, not using service again

I left my car for a week and when I picked it up I found damage to the bumper I told the concierge that there was damage to my car! And they started yelling at me that it was not possible and it was like in front of my children who were scared they said they would watch Sziszi TV and see what happened to my car they haven't called back since and this happened like a week ago and we don't talk about it! Booked as a last minute carpark for a last minute holiday and unfortunately I got the return time/ date mixed up as the return flight passed midnight. Was some confusion from the man I spoke to once we had collected our baggage but thought nothing of it. Now I know why. Was pretty much ignored/ grunted at once picked up then reprimanded back at the carpark. It was 0200 and I was alone with my daughter. Told they’d had to move 6 cars to get mine out as I’d booked for collection 17 hours later! Asked if I was eligible for a partial refund to which the man replied it was said date anyway. Completely unnecessary and I left feeling quite shaken and intimidated at the confrontation.

AVOID. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. April 2025 - Left my car there for a week and came back to find 3 scratches on the passenger side from the front wing all the way to the back. Reported to the office. Man came out and said “it’s hardly a scratch”. I offered to do the same to his car, but he wasn’t up for that! He asked if I took photos before going. Having double checked their terms and conditions it just says to report any damage before leaving the premises. Which I did. I was told nothing could be done till the Monday. I sent an email on the Sunday and didn’t receive a reply. Pay more. Park somewhere else. They have loads of bad reviews claiming damage and theft. Wish I’d read the reviews before booking with them.

It was the 3rd time I used in2 car park. Unfortunately this time I was very dispapointed with the rudeness of the person who responded to my call on 21/4/25. I called in2 park while waiking out of airport lounge informing the operator that I had arrived. Even,if it was my mistake to call him before reaching the car park outside the airport, he could have politely asked me to call him again once I had reached the car park. He asked me about my car I tried to tell him the registration number after telling him the make of my car, as there could be many vw Tiguan parked in your car park, he cut me short and started shouting at me, accusing me to be treaing him"as a peice of shit". when we reached the in2 office I was reminded about calling them once we reached the car park which was fair enough but calling office just few minutes earlier did not desreve this extremely rude behaviour. I am surprised, how could this rude person has so far survived working in a customer sevice position.

Do not park here - do not even book They do not care about your car - you will have to pay additional after you get home to repair your vehicle after you have got home Customer service is terrible NO CANCELLATION POLICY - that they do not mention during purchase STAY AWAY - pay for airport parking where it’s fully insured
