It was the 3rd time I used in2 car park. Unfortunately this time I was very dispapointed with the rudeness of the person who responded to my call on 21/4/25. I called in2 park while waiking out of airport lounge informing the operator that I had arrived. Even,if it was my mistake to call him before reaching the car park outside the airport, he could have politely asked me to call him again once I had reached the car park. He asked me about my car I tried to tell him the registration number after telling him the make of my car, as there could be many vw Tiguan parked in your car park, he cut me short and started shouting at me, accusing me to be treaing him"as a peice of shit". when we reached the in2 office I was reminded about calling them once we reached the car park which was fair enough but calling office just few minutes earlier did not desreve this extremely rude behaviour. I am surprised, how could this rude person has so far survived working in a customer sevice position.

Do not park here - do not even book They do not care about your car - you will have to pay additional after you get home to repair your vehicle after you have got home Customer service is terrible NO CANCELLATION POLICY - that they do not mention during purchase STAY AWAY - pay for airport parking where it’s fully insured

I booked the wrong airport !!! I rang you within 5 minutes of making the reservation. To ask for a refund. You said you would get back to me but you didn’t.

I don’t like profiteering. To take £5 off me after I’d already paid parking my fee is shameful. There were 8 people in the minibus each way. That’s £80 where I come from, and a rip off for a service that should be included. And I’d bet a fiver the pick up and collection fees at the airport are nothing like this sneaky and despicable cheat.

For some reason my car had done 1 mile less when I picked it up than when I dropped it off?! I took a picture of the odometer when I dropped the car off to check it wasn’t driven round a lot. Trip counter was also reset. Nobody at the car park would tell me what happened, just tried to laugh it off. They own a garage next door so wouldn’t be surprised if something goes on with cars there. Very Dodgy

Extremely poor experience. On my return to the UK at 1:30am I called to advise I am waiting at the pick up spot with 2 young kids in the cold. I was advised I will have to wait 15 minutes for the pick up (totally fine) the pick up arrived and multiply families jumped in front. I then called the office again to then be told they only have one pick up vehicle available with multiple people jumping the queue so I would have to try and fight for a seat in the pick up van. This resulted in me ordering a Uber which costed me £23 pounds to get dropped off at the office to pick up my car. Complete joke, no organisation and a total shambles of a company. One van with over 50 people waiting and no queue, so people car just jumping in front.

Chaotic when we arrived to drop car off with cars unable to get in or out. Upon our return we had to call again after waiting twenty minutes in the cold for he minibus to then be sworn at by staff and informed it wasn't just about us This used to be a good reliable company but has gone completely downhill sadly

AVOID AVOID & AVOID I should have checked the reviews out before. Some reason you have to give them your car keys which is very dodgy as it is. And since my car is a 2023 Merc- I can track it and see the fuel as well. I left it locked and then after the next day- they left my car unlocked. & I left it with 70 miles and it came back with 50 miles so it shows someone has been driving my car !!! & No it doesn’t end there. When I came to pick my car up- it had a puncture so I will make sure to never use this company ever again. Please trust mine and other reviews as I’m only doing this so others don’t experience this mess! Last thing you need when you come back from a long flight!

They charged me extra £5 for drop off and pick up from the Airport. On my way back the car been under big pillow of the snow,cold and not even locked!

Charged twice for the same booking. Sent emails but have just gone ignored. Spoke to the lads on the desk when I picked up my car who told me someone would be in contact but again nothing.

As per instructions once collecting our luggage and getting through customs I rang in 2 car parks. To be told the bus was out collecting ( understandably in the early hours only one bus driver on duty). We were told to wait 20 mins then the head outside to the drop off/ pickup point. After 20 mins we headed over to the pickup point to find a que of people also waiting for buses. The first bus arrived and quickly filled up. We spoke to the driver who said it would be another 20-30 mins for another bus. as we had a baby with us and standing outside in -2 temperatures is not appropriate ( there was also other families with young children waiting). After 40 mins the next bus arrived to which people were pushing to get onto. Thankfully the driver did say that the children were to get onto this bus. There was no collection system for who rang 1st as to who was to be collected. People were pushing and jumping onto buses if they didn’t have bags. Then when we got back to the car park I headed into the office to collect my car keys to find that they had been given to another person also trying to collect their car.

Arrived back to Liverpool airport and waited nearly 2 hours at 1am with children to be picked up in the rain as they only have 1 shuttle bus working. If I’d of know pick would take this long I’d of walked to carpark myself.. over 10 family’s waiting and 1 bus working is a joke
