“Have used this company many times before with no issues at all, in fact always a friendly quick and reliable service. The most recent time was disappointing. I called the office as required to inform them to come and collect me at car park. When at the car park I saw there were approx 16 other people waiting for same company, a few who had arrived before me. After waiting about 20 mins the van eventually arrived and a crowd who had arrived seconds before the van somehow got in first. These people may have phoned the office before the rest of us but the driver didn't explain whether this was the case or not. Nor did he tell us of any order of who was to be collected first. He did inform us that he was the only driver to collect all of us and that me and my family and everyone else would have to wait till at least the next run. (All at 1.30am btw). Telling us some sort of order of collection may have helped but by the time the van returned there were a lot of tired and frustrated customers. My family and another did get on the next run but we did have to squeeze up in order to let yet another family share to save them waiting even longer. All in all not a pleasant experience from a company I have previously recommended to friends and family. Im hoping this lack of planning is a one off.”

“Used In2CarParks about 4 times before with no problems but on the return this time I rang three times before a Minibus arrived. It was a very hot day without any shade”

“Good service on the way out but less so on the way back. After phoning, stood waiting for minibus for a good 20 minutes then when it came, it soon filled up with others waiting and we had to wait for the driver to take them and come back for us.”

“Very prompt to collect from airport but the little steps they used on delivery to airport was missing. Fortunately on of the passengers helped us down from the vehicle as the driver had disappeared”

“We have used twice now and both times we have had to wait over 40 minutes to be picked up. Once in pouring rain. They may be cheaper but probably won’t use again.”

“On our departure date everything was fine and smooth but have to pay £5 for each party which was three party's £15 to drop us off but on arrival rang them to let them know we were in car park told be 10 minutes but sadly took 50 minutes to pick us up and get us back to pick our car up”

“They only have 1 minibus that caters for whole carpark. had to wait at least 30mjnutes as he had to do a few trips dropping and picking people up , there were a lot of people waiting . Wouldn't book again when going on holiday with children . 1 minibus for whole carpaprk is not ideal”

“The gent on the check in desk when we first arrived did not understand a word of English and failed to understand he needed to unlock my car so we could get the bags out - last thing we needed at 3 am to be honest and he didnt really explain anything to us so we just abandoned the car in good faith Collection however was perfect - really chuffed with the return trip”

“Not much organisation when it comes to collection. Multiple families returning at once to find that you're fighting for transport as the van just pulls up and lets in whoever gets to it first, regardless of who rang first etc. Also don't agree with the additional car park fee for the airport on top of fee paid, though I accept it is stated.”

“The staff couldn't find keys to the cars. Waited ages to get our car out that was blocked in. It really felt no one knew what was happening oh and our keyring on our key went missing too”

“Drop off was seamless. Pick up not so good. We were told to call when we got thru passports for the pick up. We still had to wait 20 minutes in the cold for the driver who did not get out to help with case or open doors even”

“The reason I didn't give good or excellent is as follows: Initiall arangements and communication with yourselves was very good. On arrival at night time the signposting from the road was poor. sign quite small on the outside and as it was dark the colour and logo was not easy to see or recognise. It looked as if it was an entrance to a factory with a dead end. The opening on the right to get to the actual car park was poorly lit, so couldnt be seen from the road, not until you had come off the road and driven forward. I needed to phone you to get directions and be assured that I was in the right place. The driver who took us to the airport was not helpful. He did not leave the minibus at all. He did not help to put our cases into the bus, nor close any doors. The same was the case on arrival at the airport. We were left to open the boot and retrieve our cases, without any assistance from the driver at all. Thankfully on our return, the bus arrived very quickly and the driver was polite and helpful.”

“Arriving was fine. I don’t remember it being clear on booking that there would be an additional £5 owed but I had used this service before so I knew it was coming. On the way home we got collected at 2am. The driver pulled up to us and didn’t leave the minibus so as a single mum, I had to open the boot, lift all bags in and close again. The exact same thing arriving back at base, no help at all. Now I’m not suggesting I need someone to do this for me, but I feel it would be better service if they at least attempted to look like they were being helpful. I was tired and very disappointed”

“The drop off and collection process is fast and efficient. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Price is extremely reasonable. I’ve given an average rating mainly because of the facilities. As someone with a health condition that means I have to access a toilet urgently I was disappointed at the lack of a maintained male washroom. The only option was to use a disgusting Portakabin across the way from the car park. I’ve attached a photo to give a clear picture of what I had to use”

“The £5.00 extra charge IN2Carparks charge is a scam. They claim this is a charge levied by Liverpool airport. While there is some truth to the charge .. it is per shuttle van. However, consideting the van may seat upto 8 passengers, it is highly unlikely IN2carparks are being charged more than £5 to drop off yet they are potentially pocketing the extra they are charging their customers .. no transparency there. Better off paying to park at the airport and that is what I will be doing next time.”

“It was very difficult to find the carpark in the first instance. One there it was easy to drop the car off and get transport to the airport. Despite our booking in to the carpark for a slightly longer period (Due to the late arrival of our return flight we had booked into a hotel near the airport) our car was ready for us to collect when our flight landed. When I telephone the next day to arrange for transport back to the carpark, the man that answered was quite discourteous verging on rude. The transport driver was not aware of us being collected. The car was returned speedily and was as we expected.”
