“Arriving was fine. I don’t remember it being clear on booking that there would be an additional £5 owed but I had used this service before so I knew it was coming. On the way home we got collected at 2am. The driver pulled up to us and didn’t leave the minibus so as a single mum, I had to open the boot, lift all bags in and close again. The exact same thing arriving back at base, no help at all. Now I’m not suggesting I need someone to do this for me, but I feel it would be better service if they at least attempted to look like they were being helpful. I was tired and very disappointed”

“The drop off and collection process is fast and efficient. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Price is extremely reasonable. I’ve given an average rating mainly because of the facilities. As someone with a health condition that means I have to access a toilet urgently I was disappointed at the lack of a maintained male washroom. The only option was to use a disgusting Portakabin across the way from the car park. I’ve attached a photo to give a clear picture of what I had to use”

“The £5.00 extra charge IN2Carparks charge is a scam. They claim this is a charge levied by Liverpool airport. While there is some truth to the charge .. it is per shuttle van. However, consideting the van may seat upto 8 passengers, it is highly unlikely IN2carparks are being charged more than £5 to drop off yet they are potentially pocketing the extra they are charging their customers .. no transparency there. Better off paying to park at the airport and that is what I will be doing next time.”

“It was very difficult to find the carpark in the first instance. One there it was easy to drop the car off and get transport to the airport. Despite our booking in to the carpark for a slightly longer period (Due to the late arrival of our return flight we had booked into a hotel near the airport) our car was ready for us to collect when our flight landed. When I telephone the next day to arrange for transport back to the carpark, the man that answered was quite discourteous verging on rude. The transport driver was not aware of us being collected. The car was returned speedily and was as we expected.”

“20 mins wait for the pick up car covered in bird poo and a miserable driver , can't do much about the seagulls but a cheerier quicker driver would be nice ,decent price though and close to the airport so would tray again”

“Only had 1 minibus in use on both our departure and return. So had to wait until the driver comes back from taking the people in front of us which is abit annoying seeing as they had 3 minibuses but only had 1 in use.”

“Dropping it off was no problem but more difficult getting picked up. Rang as instructed and was told he would be two minutes. When bus came there were not enough space for everyone, and the driver seemed to have no idea. He then rang and said it would be 15 minutes before we were picked up and as he said that another mini bus turned up that we did get on. Generally ok but need slightly better organisation.”

“Transport to the airport was quick and easy however returning to Liverpool at 1am the shuttle took over half an hour to arrive even after two phone calls to the office. Very disappointing.”

“We found it difficult to locate but upon arrival staff were lovely and chatty. Very good price. But unfortunately on return at 2 am whoever was on the phone was rude as hell. We got dropped off at the public car park but in a certain place and was told to be there on return so we did after waiting half an hour I phoned them and he just spoke to me like rubbish saying I was stood in the wrong place. There were also a lot of people at the same time with only one van. There was just no need for his anger and rudeness ive never been before yet he expected me to know where everything was.”

“Good service when we flew out. When we landed called them to pick us up and they said van was coming to pick us up. Waited 15 minutes and rang them and they said I had missed the van even though they didn't turn up!!!! They waited for another passanger so they could correct at the same time, cheeky buggers!!”
