“Always really happy with the service and price, but they ask for a payment of £5 when you get to the office on top of what you have already paid, I travel for work and can claim the car park cost on expenses but not the ad-hoc fiver, it should be in the initial cost.”

“Fair price for 6 nights over new year period. Easy process book and leave car. Pleasant guy checked in with. Explained return arrangements. Regular/easy shuttle to drop off point (£5 charge per booking pays for JLA drop off area charge they incur each journey) Return journey: kept losing signal when trying to call to advise ready for collect. Don’t believe same guy originally dealt with. Freezing outside and longer than expected pick up. Driver didn’t even acknowledge anyone and stood by 60+year old woman without offer help lift suitcase on van … drove off with driver window down (v cold) not a single word to anyone. Even when leaving vehicle- no offer to help anyone, bye (kiss my …) ? Appeared in bad mood (sullen and came across rather rude) Welcome home eh ? So on that basis, unlikely to use again”

“A smaller outfit with a friendly service. I have used them a number of times without issue. I have two smallish gripes: 1. They need to just add the £5 "Peel Holdings" charge to the advertised price. They would still be cheaper than the others, and then can truly claim "No hidden charges". 2. The guy who brought us back from the airport the last time threw us about, especially round the roundabouts, not dangerously, but certainly uncomfortably!”

“Have used several times and never had a problem. Lost a star because so many arrived at once, had to wait till minibus reurned for another visit. Lucky we had the tiny shelter to use whilst waited.”

“I booked this parking 6 hrs before I was due to fly Then read some terrible reviews , and thought oh god……. However my experience was great , dealt with efficiently , transfers to and from very quick and smooth My car still had the same mileage and no damage Obviously to get in and out of the airport area is 6 quid a pop , so the extra fiver , was fine It was clearly there to see prior to booking , and had no issues I would have no hesitation in using them again Well done guys”
