“Finding the site was easy and fairly close to the Airport. Dropping off car and keys was straightforward. The only small criticism I had was we needed to wait for the transfer vehicles. Apart from this good value.”

“Great location for dropping off the car close to Liverpool Airport and the guys drop you into the airport quickly but the post code satnav and entry signage is poor.”

“This is the third time I've used the service, it's always efficient and friendly, but having a toilet available for people who may have travelled some distance should be a basic. Also the price should include the drop off as it doesn't appear to matter how many different groups are in the mini bus, they are all paying.”

“As always a good prompt start to our holiday, asked for step to be available for mini bus on return. Told it was noted. On return phoned for collection and reminded about step. On pick up a very surly driver stated it wasn't very high and he didn't have a step. Poor end to our holiday.”

“This would have been higher but for having to wait 20 mins for the minibus to drop others before coming back for us, this was early hours morning and we had kids us. People came after us and managed to get in the first round of buses. The drop off at the airport was brilliant and the organisation at the car park was spot on, the car was waiting for us as soon as we got there. Just the waiting that let it down slightly”

“Dropped the car off no problem and got straight on the bus to airport. Coming back the bus was there waitign and picked up car no issues .”

“Cheaper than most, secure, reliable and "no-frills". Shuttle transport is fine from the car park but there can be a 20-30 minute wait when contacting them (after baggage collection) to be picked up from the airport. Apart from that, theres currently no reason I would not use In2 again.”

“Good value parking, dropped off and picked up opposite terminal. Had a 30 minute wait for pick up but it was early hours of the morning so probably not doing regular trips”
