“Easy to find and really good value for money. Dropping the car off and pick up was really quick and easy, no wait at the office. Shuttle to the airport was within 5mins of dropping car off, however shuttle back to car made us wait 45mins at 11pm so not ideal. However an apology was given by the office. Shuttle bus was a bit old and rickety, could maybe invest in a newer vehicle?”

“Was very pleased with the drop off and pick up times, the reson for only 4 out of 5 stars is they don't take into account the very high step getting into and out of the mimi bus. For elderly or those passangers with mobility problems a step is needed and even though I informed at the time of booking, I was 70 with limited mobility. I had to rely on a very undignified hoist from other passangers, to get me in and out of the mini bus, not good!!”

“it was my first time using IN2 car pak. The post code never took me to the correct location although it was not far out. I called the off and they directed me to the site with no problems. Great reception and a speedy pick uo to the airport. Only my thoughts but the drop off point was a bit of a walk to the check in at te airport. would not have liked to have made it with heavy luggage. Pick up from airport was easily done and my car was sitting ready to go when i arrived back at IN2.”

“Excellent service BUT would rather pay a couple of pounds more to be dropped of/picked up at the original point opposite the terminal. We are both not great at walking and it's a struggle to walk from the car park.”

“Very good service. Please note that there is a new pick-up point upon your return, which is quite a distance from the drop-off area. Thankfully the weather was kind to us when we landed.”
