“Perfect drop off and left straight away for the airport. Can't say the same for coming back. Rang the number on the paper as stated, they answered to be told we would have to wait as 4 flights come in at the same time and he only had one driver on. We waited 30mins. Other that can't grumble.”

“Been using this service for years. Airports rip you off and change there policy around free drop off etc so had to pay £5 extra on the day which was annoying”

“We booked our car into this car park for a flight to Barcelona. However, our dated changed so we had to fly from Manchester. We tried to cancel and ask for a refund but we're told a refund wasn't possible and we could get a credit. We explained that we were from Newcastle upon Tyne and it would be highly unlikely that we would ever fly from Liverpool again and were still refused a refund. I would never book parking here again and would not recommend anyone else using them.”

“Great price, great service! My car actually broke down in their car park, they tried everything they could to help get it started but when it was obvious that it was more serious issue, they allowed my car to stay there and extra 2 days, free of charge while i tried to fix it. And then assisted with the recovery efforts too!”
