“Used this company a few times and always been fine but a few hours after arriving home. I returned to the car to find 2 parallel scratches behind the door. As if somebody has squeezed out of the car in a tight spot and scratched the car with a zip or something in their clothing. Obviously after only noticing once we'd left I knew we had no comeback. The wife called anyway only to be told the same thing. Some honesty would be nice from the company. Obviously it's an accident and not intentional so why not let us know rather than covering if up and hope we don't notice before we leave.”

“Been using these for a couple of years now an very happy with service. But disappointed with last use due to extra payment to use car park by terminal. I am quite happy to use the free car park rather than bow down to peel ports for their rip off costs.”

“We've used these guys the past twice we've flown from Liverpool & the service is very good, apart from having to stand out in the open upon return, No fault of In2 carparks, this is down to Liverpool JL Airport, I would suggest a Brolly Or Possibly a warm jacket if like us you are flying back fro 35 degrees to a chilly 13 degrees UK climate a great service to be able to drive to the carpark and leave your car, be transported to the airport & collected upon return & dropped off to your awaiting car to be able to collect your keys and jump in and drive away, perfect much easier than having to drag your case to the carpark & try and remember where you left your car, sometimes quite a distance from the airport, and having to struggle with your case & bags in the wind & rain, what could be better than being chauffeured to and from the Airport, Just perfect, Thank You "In 2 Carparks" See you again soon”

“Two grumpy drivers but they did get us to the airport and back ok. My car was waiting for me when I returned. Easy booking system although I did not see instruction about the additional £5 fee.”

“We arrived back and waited a long time too get picked up too , when I phoned the lady kept saying there is two mini buses there, all four of us checked round and couldn't see ours, I have used the service numerous off occasions and knew I was in the right place. A simple call from the driver too show us exactly where he was would have resolved this, I kept telling the lady I'm at the pick up point, the blue bus stop but she was very abrupt, not using service again”

“Easy to get to, when we got.there the minibus was waiting . We returned from the trip early morning , the minibus took a while to arrive, when it arrived there was no system in place, it was first come first served so you had to rush to get on or you'll have to wait again.”

“In the main everything was great. On the return pickup though, after we called, the minibus came to pick us up and there were other people waiting for the same bus. The driver had no names for who he was supposed to be picking up. I think this would help to avoid confusion. The other party jumped in and he couldn’t tell us whether we should too.”
