“I have used in2CarParks for several years and never had a problem. This time I was dropped off a considerable way from the terminal, previously the drop off was outside the terminal. There was no mention of the change as I am elderly I found the distance was too much. There was no mention until I rung the office that I could have been dropped at the terminal. However I was picked up there upon my return, it costs extra which I do not have a problem with.”

Hi, thanks for your feedback. Yes unfortunately we have had to change the drop off location, this is not something we wanted to do but were left with no choice from the airport. If you want to be dropped at the airport in the future, please let the drivers and reception know when you arrive at the car park and we will gladly take you to the terminal, there is just a small extra cost for this.

“Fuss free initially but then we got dropped off a good 5 minutes walk away from the terminal, OK if its not raining or cold, I won't be using them again for that reason.”

“My cars chassis was damaged. Bottom motor cover was ripped. I realised that when I was on motorway. I called them but it was too late for them because all damage must be reported right away. They must have known about it but they cowardly give me my car back damaged hopping that I won't notice and I didn't. I don't recomend that company.”

Hi, thanks for your feedback. If there was any damage caused, which would be an extreamly rare event, we would of course have notified you. In our car park, there are no raised ironworks, or kerbs to drive over which would have caused damage to the underneath of your car. Looking at this image, this damage has not been caused in our car park and looks like it has been like that for a while. Please contact us if you want to discuss this further.
