“We was unsure whether to go with in2carparks due to the low price. But we was very happy with the service and staff, they was polite, quick and it was really easy compared to our past experiences with other car parks. 5* ratings, highly recommend”

“Staff Always polite on drop off & collection. Had to change booking last year a day less they gave me a credit for the day. I always use them when flying from Liverpool.”

“we were delayed due to weather and had to leave our car an extra day, there was no etra charge for this which we thought was brilliant. excellent service will deffo use again. thankyou.”

“Fair price for 6 nights over new year period. Easy process book and leave car. Pleasant guy checked in with. Explained return arrangements. Regular/easy shuttle to drop off point (£5 charge per booking pays for JLA drop off area charge they incur each journey) Return journey: kept losing signal when trying to call to advise ready for collect. Don’t believe same guy originally dealt with. Freezing outside and longer than expected pick up. Driver didn’t even acknowledge anyone and stood by 60+year old woman without offer help lift suitcase on van … drove off with driver window down (v cold) not a single word to anyone. Even when leaving vehicle- no offer to help anyone, bye (kiss my …) ? Appeared in bad mood (sullen and came across rather rude) Welcome home eh ? So on that basis, unlikely to use again”
