“Dropping the car off was not the problem but picking it up was. Our flight was delayed by an hour and we rang to get picked up once we had got our cases as advised and went to the meet point. The bus arrived but we could not fit on so had to wait for 20ish minutes in the wind and the rain for the bus to drop off and return. When we got back to the office I went and collected my keys and asked me where my car was. I got told it was on the side. I went out and couldn’t see my car when everyone else on the bus was getting into their cars. I walked about pressing the open button on my keys and still couldn’t find it. My partner then started looking. The guy from the office came out and took my keys to look, and was walking about trying to find it. He then said for us to wait in the office. He came back and asked me if I’d made an online booking as “he couldn’t find a booking for me. You’d had my car keys for 2 weeks that were labelled up so clearly there was a booking. The guy went back out looking and then came back to get some other cars keys to move to be able to get my car out. In total we were waiting for 25 minutes for my car to be found. It should have been in the correct place. Clearly there needs to be more buses running and more staff to ensure cars are where they should be.”

“Great experience. We were running late and they got us sorted very fast once we arrived. We landed back in the UK at 2am and they picked us up within five minutes of ringing which was amazing with having two young children. Great price, great service!”

“Brilliant service. Used for 2nd time, will definitely book again. Friendly staff, swift transfer to the airport. I didnt find the postcode entirely accurate but as I'd been before I recognised the street and it was just a bit further along. They could do with a sign on the approaching road through the industrial estate.”

“Had a blowout on the way there in2carparks Tony and the staff where so helpful i cant thank them enough for all the help we got even told us where to get train into liverpool would definental recomend them would i use the again YES even asked how our holiday was as we returned home because there rememed us”

“It was very difficult to find the carpark in the first instance. One there it was easy to drop the car off and get transport to the airport. Despite our booking in to the carpark for a slightly longer period (Due to the late arrival of our return flight we had booked into a hotel near the airport) our car was ready for us to collect when our flight landed. When I telephone the next day to arrange for transport back to the carpark, the man that answered was quite discourteous verging on rude. The transport driver was not aware of us being collected. The car was returned speedily and was as we expected.”

“Can't fault the service at all. Dropped my car off at the car park to go on holiday, handed my keys in and a few minutes later the minibus picked me up and took me the 5 minute journey to the airport.Had to pay £5 to get in to the airport drop off but this is explained when you book and is not a hidden charge.You get given a number to call when you return so you can be picked up.On my return,I phoned when I arrived and by the time I walked out of the terminal building the minibus was waiting for me.My car was sitting waiting for me by the time I got back to the car park as well.Very prompt and efficient service.”
