“I left my car there for a week. When i got back my driver side window was down and tgey told it was so hot they let it down. Its turned out that the window mechanism broke and because the window was open my disability badge was stolen. They refused to take responsibility for any demage or theft and tefused to write up a report for the police.”

“The pick up and drop off were very efficient. I have had my car parked there a few times and my car has been waiting in the bays as you enter on the right hand side. This time I was left to get my car out myself and it was parked very tight to the point I really struggled to get in to the drivers seat. The passengers side was also blocked in and there was a very small gap at the boot too. I am hoping to book again in december but I won't be happy if this happens again.”
