“Excellent service on departure from In2Car parks, however slight issue on return, not really In2 problem but a number of flights must have returned at the same time, therefore too may customers trying to get in the bus at one time, I placed my suitcase in the boot of thevan while my partner boarded the bus, when I got back to the front of the van all seats had been taken and I had to wait for the bus to return. No system in place to pick up passengers in the order they got back, it was a free for all”

“Our experience going to the airport was spot on, however our return journey not so much. I contacted In 2 as soon as I could at our arrival airport and I was told that they would send a car, when we got outside there was a group getting into the vehicle, we asked if they would send someone else to which we were told yes, 20 minutes later still no car for us, I phoned back and asked how long and he said “we are always coming and going so someone will be with you soon”. Another car arrived and again, another group jumped in, another conversation with the same driver as before and he made a phone call to the office who told him that another car was coming. Another 20 minutes later still no car, we rang again and said no car, to which we were told he was having car problems. 2 adults and 3 kids freezing cold in the early hours. Add insult to injury, my car was blocked in, no organisation at the car park. Seems just a money maker and that’s all they are concerned about. Disappointed but won’t use again.”

“Can't really fault them. Easy to find. Just parked up, handed in my keys and was given a ticket with a number to call after collecting my luggage. Waited around 5 mins for the bus to return which then had us at the airport in less than 10 mins. On return called them up, waited about 10 mins and was picked up. Car was waiting on return and no issues.”

“I always use this car park when flying from Liverpool John Lennon. Great value for money and the staff sre always welcoming and friendly. Pick up on return is a simple call and you wait for the driver to come over. My only criticism this time was my car was parked too close to another and I could not get into it, I had to ask a member of staff to reverse my car which they did and I am grateful for this! Look forward to booking again.”
