“Only had 1 minibus in use on both our departure and return. So had to wait until the driver comes back from taking the people in front of us which is abit annoying seeing as they had 3 minibuses but only had 1 in use.”

“Dropping it off was no problem but more difficult getting picked up. Rang as instructed and was told he would be two minutes. When bus came there were not enough space for everyone, and the driver seemed to have no idea. He then rang and said it would be 15 minutes before we were picked up and as he said that another mini bus turned up that we did get on. Generally ok but need slightly better organisation.”

“I use In2 carparks quite a lot,it is so easy you leave your car and keys with the helpfulstaff,they transfer you to the airport .Pick you up when you arrive back and your car is waiting for you straight away .So easy.”

“I’ve used in2 quite a few times now. They always charge me an extra fiver to get into the airport no matter how many people are in the minibus they all get charged. Coming back this time there was only two of us and we had a fair wait to get picked up and when we got back to the office the car wasn’t ready to drive off until other car had to be moved. I’ll try someone else next time”
