Lot 6.02.2022. Miejsce spotkać zbyt daleko od terminalu. Musiałem czekać ponad 45 minut w deszczu i zimnie na odbiór z lotniska. Tylko 1 kierowca i 1 bus do obsługi wszystkich lotów które są bardzo blisko siebie to jakiś żart. Nawet niska opłata za parking nie jest warta takiego serwisu. Nie polecam.

Hi, thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately due to a couple of members of staff calling in last minute with Covid, it left us slightly short-staffed for a few hours. We appologise for the slight delay in your return to the car park, our free transfer service is very quick so you shouldn't have been waiting 45 minutes.

Waited almost an hour in the pouring rain for the bus to pick us up driver said short staffed not acceptable

Hi, thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately, we had two staff members fail to arrive at work due to Covid which left us initially short-staffed whilst we arranged for cover. You shouldn't have been waiting an hour though as the bus is very frequent.

I’ve used In2carparks many times and I’ve always been happy with the service. However, this time, we were told we didn’t have to pay the £3 to enter the short stay drop off car park at John Lennon, Liverpool, as the boss has told the drivers we must be dropped off in the free drop off to the right of the roundabout, which is quite a walk. When we realised, my friend said she can’t walk that far because she has limited mobility. The young man said he would turn into the first exit and drop us off there, although he isn’t allowed. We were grateful of this, however, on returning from our holiday at 11.20pm, we phoned the office, but no answer, obviously because the driver was out picking up. We decided to start the dreaded walk in the wind and rain. I called the number again and the driver said to make our way to the bus stop in the free car park. My friend was struggling by this time. By the time we got picked up, my friend was very worn out. I complained to the driver and said it won’t be possible to use them again as it’s all so inconvenient. I was annoyed to hear, ‘ we could of paid the entry money for the original car park and got dropped off and picked up there by the yellow submarine. When I told him what we had been told, he said, no, we had a choice to pay the drop off fee. The young man had obviously given us the wrong information. I think the company should make it very clear on they’re website, just what service is available. What should of been an easy going end to our holiday, certainly wasn’t.

Hi there, thanks for your feedback. The weekend of your travel was a weekend in the change of the dropping off at the airport. I'm sorry to hear that there was confusion in the information you received. The driver should have made it very clear as to where the drop off and arrival was. I will speak to the drivers that were on at the time and make sure they are communicating all the information correctly.

I stayed extra time in Spain phoned to inform them and it wasn't a problem just paid for the extra days on my return. Fantastic service and great staff would recommend this parking place.

We were dropped off in one location by the airport but nobody told us we would be picked up from a different location . I called on four occasions and was told the driver was there to pick us up. He may well have been but as we did not know the location eventually we had the correct place communicated .So an hour after landing we get there only to find the van did not have enough space for the family so i went back to the depot and collected our car . So a shambles is how I would describe our experience

Hi, thanks for your feedback. Apologies for the confusion that you experienced with the pickup from the airport. The driver should have mentioned exactly where to go for the pickup which would have spared you from this delay. We will check with the driver to make sure he always communicates this fully. Very happy was 11 hours late back had to fly to Leeds airport so lift of someone cost me £100 so I was 12 hours late back your member of staff just let me out without any charge Thankyou
