“I utterly recommend this parking they are professional I've left my car for 4 days and I've had arrived at midnight I just called then and in 5 minutes later the transfer was in the airport!”

“we been wait over 30min for bus at night after we contact that we arrived to collect point. we arrived first but he refused to take us first so we been waited for another transfer. Driver opened windows and on my request to close the windows because was freezing and windy on that day he's been very rude to us because is covid etc but 3 days ealier all windows been close and he saids that he doesn't believe in covid and vaccination.”

HI, thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear you were waiting for 30 minutes for collection. It shouldn't be that long as the car park is only 5 minutes away from the airport. We will speak to the drivers who were working when you arrived back at the car park as this shouldnt have been the case.

“Always use this company and was told we couldn’t be dropped off inside as we usually do so I offered to pay the four pounds for the barrier .On return I Agreed to pay it again to be picked up in usual place .But wasn’t aware I was paying it for three other family’s as well .I will not use this company anymore.”
