“Address was a bit tricky as the sat nav didn't take me to the place exactly. Other than that I arrived; lovely gentleman greeted me and drove me to the airport and gave clear instructions as to what the steps are when I returned. On my arrival back I was greeted by another driver who drove me back to my car. Simple and reasonably priced and I'd let me car stay again.”

“good parking! I had a canceled flight and for 3 days over time I paid £ 45 I don't like that you can't extend the waiting time”

Hi, thanks for your feedback. You shouldn't have been charged £45 for a late fee due to a cancelled flight. We will look further into this. We are very accommodating and fair when people have cancelled or delayed flights as we understand that this can be out of your control.
