“Overall experience was positive but let down by driver who wasn't wearing a face covering in the mini bus. Not to take any risks my wife and I opted to walk back with our baby from the airport on our return journey to the car.”

“Initially I was confused (after booking) of the contradiction between the email confirmation and an attached information sheet. It named two different sites almost half a mile apart. The relevant site was confirmed after I phoned the Evans Road site. The site was eventually easy to find and there were no issues of concern at either end of our trip. Transfer to LJL was quick and on return we only waited 10 minutes to be picked up. The staff are efficient, helpful and friendly (we wouldn't expect any less on Merseyside!). Will definitely use this company again.”
