Hard to find. Easy to drop the car off and office staff quite pleasant. The older gentleman who picked us up, 35minutes after telling us he was on his way (one mile away) was very rude, quite Grizzly with some of the passengers I shared a ride with. Screamed at one lady for opening the door to get in , when he had opened the other door - on the road side. And then proceeded to break the speed limits all the way back to the yard And was condescending when he parked in front of my car as I tried to exit the yard. Probably would avoid parking here again just due to the attitude of the driver.

I had to wait 35 minutes for pick up from the airport on the way back to collect my car.

Post code doesn’t take you to the exact location so additional signage would help, once found, parked up, booked in & left keys at reception it takes about 5 minutes to get dropped off just across road from the terminal. On return you phone them up to be collected at the pick up point which is a 5 to 8 minute walk away from the terminal at a bus stop inside a car park, the walk is fine if you’re able & the weather is fine but could be problematic if you have difficulty in walking, have children or inclement weather. Mini bus arrived promptly & it’s 1st come 1st served, unfortunately some had to wait to be picked up after the 1st batch was dropped off, quickly collected keys and collected car from a different parking bay from where it was 1st parked then we was in our way home, this was the cheapest airport parking found but comes with some compromises.

Drop off was to far away for one of our party as he was using a walking stick witch is not good and we had to wait a long time to be picked up as we requested that we were picked up at the pay parking that we offered to pay for but it took them a long time to collect us

Had to ring to clarify directions . Parked car and was transported to airport promptly. Dropped off near departurtures in express drop off area and advised we would be picked up from same place. On return we were asked to walk to pick up point some distance away explained I had mobility issues and could not do so. Driver said we had to pay another £5 to get out which had not been advised before or at any point in booking process. I have found out since it is possible to recover charge if you hold blue badge but need vehicle reg number to do so which I didn't have. Van was very difficult for access due to mobility issues but steps are available on request.

The mini bus was spot on time both directs to/from the airpirt. The walk from the mini bus to the airport was much further than we expected from your reading your website. Luckily for us it was dry both ways.

I have had mixed experiences with In2 at Liverpool. I have used them on multiple occasions and most of the time things have gone smoothly. However, they are rather understaffed and do not have enough shuttle buses to cope with busy periods or unexpected flight delays. This is a particular problem on arrival back into Liverpool where you can be left waiting for up to about half an hour for a bus to take you back to collect your car. Each bus can only take about 8 people so if there are more than that on your flight using In2, or if two flights arrive at the same time, you may end up with a long wait in a cold car park. This could easily be solved by employing one more member of staff or having one more minibus. However, they seem unwilling to do this despite recognising the issue.

The drop off and transfer was great with a lovely friendly greeting. However, we waited almost an hour and had to call twice for the return. We watched the bus drive away, despite calling to say we were there and after another 15 mins wait in the freezing cold , we called back and were told we must be in the wrong place. We weren't and the man we spoke to was just rude. It was a further half an hour before the bus finally arrived. The main issue here was the way the return was dealt with. We called,and waited in exactly the right place but your service fell short .

Arrived early but they where happy to assist but when getting into mini bus informed we need £5 to drop you at the airport which we didn't expect and was not explained before leaving car storage. On return called the storage said can collect you but will be another £5.00 but you can walk up the road to zone 2 and we can pick you up for free . Had no English money so walked up the road to said zone in the rain then mini bus picked up to find they had collected five men from airport and same flight . So squeezed in how many more payments of £5.00 for parking do IN2CARPARKS need 🤔 on each mini bus . Great service but I'm disappointed

Won’t be using you again, wasn’t aware I had to walk in pooring rain to terminal, on arrival home not too friendly driver nearly trapped my foot in door not good customer services.

Not as good as it once was, new drop off point means a long walk and easier and closer to use Liverpool airports own car park

Have used this car park for about 15yrs but this year the price has almost doubled and they don’t drop you off by the yellow submarine anymore, you have a 10min walk from another car park because it costs £5 to drop off there ! Disappointing.

A good price, and the car was kept safe. However, Speed of transfer left much to be desired. On departure we were left sweating in a red hot minibus for about 15 minutes before the driver turned up, and on return we phoned from the terminal as we were instructed, only to be told we must ring again when we were actually at the pick-up point. We did this, and then had to wait another 15 miutes on a dark rainy night before the bus turned up.

Used many times over the years and usually quite good but last 2 times had to wait over half an hour to be picked up at the terminal evan though we paid the extra £5. Then drove around to pick up others from the free pickup point. Not happy may consider other options next time.

This is a mixed review as service was excellent going and couldn’t fault at all. The return is a different story !!! Called as instructed on landing to be collected and went to where we arranged on drop off as agreed we’d pay the £5 for them coming into charge collection point. The lad on phone said go left when came out and told to go left to drop zone 2. All we could see was taxis to our left so went to point we were told on drop off. 20 mins later no sign of being collected so rang to be told to go to zone 2 but I explained we’d arranged collection where dropped off and even that place had a zone 2 written on it so was told a collection would come. Another half hour later still no collection so rang again to be told same that there had been three collections already so he didn’t know where we were waiting so I replied I was waiting where we were told to. Another bus was supposed to come but again didn’t. Rang again to be then told that I didn’t need to get funny about it with him but after over an hour with a 6 year old and another four tired adults and loads of luggage we were at boiling point as to what was happening but were what seemed to be fobbed off by him. He then said again I’d told him over and over where drop zone 2 was but the description he then gave was to a place I didn’t have a clue so we had to trail all our luggage to the left of the airport entrance along the road, over a roundabout, past two car hire places, follow road a bit further then eventually down bottom of a road we found drop zone 2 !!!!!! 😡 As you can imagine by this point all our bloods were boiling and the driver then told me he’d not been told at all that there was a paid collection and only collections from the free drop off / collection point. He did apologise but with over an hours wait to be picked up at that moment in time the apology meant very little. Would we use again ? Not sure but would not book same collection system at all

Good service, but the drop off is a five minute walk from the terminal which isn't ideal. This needs to be changed as a priority.

Not good, website says dropped at terminal not a 5 min walk away with 3 cases 2 kids and a pram, on retun at 2am rang to say we were in the arrivals terminal told to walk to the "free" pickup point in the rain with cases kids etc had to wait 25 min considering it's only a 5 min drive ? Driver then offered to put 11 people including children (sat on knees) in an 8 seater mini bus but the man with 2 children who'd already been waiting 15 min refused. Not a good service.
