Service was OK but I was quite surprised to be charged an additional £5 by the company so the bus could get entry into the drop off area. It would probably be better just to increase the cost by £5 as it was only chance I had a fiver on me.

The toilets cat car par are tucked away in a shipping container and one of the worst I've had to use just thankful I didn't need to sit down. Car wasn't ready to drive away on return.

Not good .Drivers Didn't know who to pick up.Over 1hr wait.Some people rather verbal not in a good way.Drvers need who and how many when they collect to stop any friction.

It worked ok but picking up late at night was chaotic in that there was only one member of staff and there was a queue with some customers getting irate. I suggest two staff minimum to sort issues out ay busy times. Not being able to take card payments for the £5 extre charge is also annoying. Place is a mess, it doesn't look professional - give it a tidy up!

There was confusion on the way back. I was told that we would need to go to where we were dropped off in the airport. When we returned from our holiday, I called the company to say we were ready to be picked up for the transfer from the airport to the carpark. I was told to go to the drop off point as originally instructed. However, the drop off point had changed since the previous day and this was not properly explained to me. This reulted is un waiting in the incorrect place for about 45 minutes despite phoning the company 3 times to ask where they were. They never phoned me once to check where we were waiting. After finally walking back to the airport, the minibus picked us up. It was therefore over an hour before we wer back in the car park. My husband was really stressed!

Arrival not an issue, but on return took some time to pick us up. Then our car was boxed in by three other vehicles and they could not find one set of keys and move the car. The keys are bundled together haphazardly, so not much of a system. Sadly will not use again. Be interested if others have had problems.

Has changed since I used this carpark last time it was at a different location. Did find the driver a bit abrupt also cars were just packed into very small spaces. You give a time of arrival but find yourself waiting longer as other people have turned up and no room so we had to wait for them to be dropped off

was disappointed that no one had sent a short message to say that the pickup point had changed, it took four calls before anyone answered, there was mud in the drivers side of the car. On the whole standards have dropped since our last visit

The whole experience was a positive one up until we got dropped off at the airport. We were left with a very long walk to the terminal, carrying very heavy bags. Nowhere was this mentioned in any of the correspondence with your company.

Very good service and good company to work with only issue I had is when I came back from the holiday and back to the car park my seat was far away handbrake was not sercure and clutch was in either reverse of 1st gear

Wasn’t aware there was a walk to the airport and my husband has mobility issues so he struggled. When we arrived home the transfer was disappointing as there was only 1 transfer vehicle and when we arrived at the depot our car wasn’t there and we had to wait.

On arriving to drop my car off everything went to plan, the lady who drove us to the airport was very helpful, on return not very helpful, my daughter rang as soon as we had our cases to be met with a very angry man on the other end of the phone. We asked him to pick us up at the yellow submarine as im a 70 year old and my legs are not what they use to be and it was raining, he was very abrupt with my daughter saying who told us we could be picked up from there ! We was willing to pay the £5 which we did, then as i tryed to get on the mini bus i struggled because there was no step to help me up, his customer service was nil, if he didnt want to do the pick ups i would say stay in the office, he was a grumpy old man, otherwise the service was ok

Very polite and efficient staff but drop off point very poor, took longer to walk to departures than it took to get to airport, if it had been raining we would have been soaked.

This car park was cheaper than others, but there is a reason for that. The transfer vehicle was a bit rickety. We had to wait over half an hour to be picked up at 2am on a cold morning, there was no order at the pick up, people just pushed past us as the old minibus arrived, because it was cold and there was only one minibus operating.

Check in was fine. On return we were kept waiting too long (sorry but we only have one vehicle working ATM) …. and then when we picked up our car is was plastered in bird s**t.

I wasn't aware at the time of booking that the drop off and pickup point was in the free car park, situated 10 mins walking distance away for me. Obviously some can do it quicker but for some it would be very difficult. Fortunately it wasn't raining so at least we were able to keep dry. Had the rain been falling we would have been soaked before we got to the terminal. An option would be to use the yellow submarine car park on the condition that the clients paid the extra charge. On a return trip it would add an extra £10 but would still be cheaper than parking on airport. We only had a 5 mins wait on our return but when we arrived at the office our car wasn't immediately available and the keys took a bit of finding. Not a big problem for us but it probably added an extra 20 mins waiting time for passengers at the airport.

Service was good and very efficient but disappointed we were dropped off and collected quite a distance from the terminal entrance.

Great service, but no longer drop out outside the terminal at Liverpool, so you have to walk a good 5 minutes to the building
