Drop off was fine, no problems at all. Pick up however was awful. We had to wait nearly an hour at 2am in the morning in the rain and cold with 2 small children as they only had 1 minibus available. Other people jumped in before we could in. Therefore had to wait til the driver took them back and come back for us. No communication on there being a problem of being short staffed otherwise we would have just got a taxi.

Dropping the car off was such a faff. No one was in the office and so wasn't able to do anything other than wait around for some one to get back. We were there for 3quaters of an hr waiting and getting stuff sorted. One of the fellas was OK, another one was rude snappy and horrible. Picking the car up was a lot simpler and straight forward. Although the lady on the phone hung up on us when I was trying to find out where to go for waiting for the bus. I don't get the extra charge of £5 when at the office either for the barriers at the airport!! Shouldn't that of already been included in the parking charges that I'd paid. £5 off everyone for barriers is so craffy. There was no damage done to the car though like previous reviews have said. Car was given back to me same way I'd handed it in and was all ready and sorted for us when I got back. Overall it's a big of a mixed review. Previous use of here I'd of given 5 stars but this time around was such a different experience I'm not sure what to think.

Early hour drop off with car but didnt expect to wait over 45 mins to be collected and then dropped off at the airport. Also didnt expect to be charged £5 per family on the day to put towards the airport barrier. Why is this not included in the charge at the start instead of paying cash.

After reding some terrible reviews I was to be honest pleasantly surprised upon arrival when my Daughter and I were checked in quickly and take to the airport promptly with no Issues at all. The return journey was unfortunately not so smooth with many people waiting for 2 10 seater causing a free for all to get back to the cars. As there was only two of us with one bag we eventually managed to get on and the check out process was once again quick. Would probabaly use again if was on my own

Overall a good service but was quite disappointed with the £5 charge to drop off at the airport. They say this is because the airport now charge to drop off, but they take £5 from every booking, and they take multiple bookings across in the same shuttle, so there’s definitely something not right here/extra money being made. I’ll probably park elsewhere next time.

Service was OK but I was quite surprised to be charged an additional £5 by the company so the bus could get entry into the drop off area. It would probably be better just to increase the cost by £5 as it was only chance I had a fiver on me.

The toilets cat car par are tucked away in a shipping container and one of the worst I've had to use just thankful I didn't need to sit down. Car wasn't ready to drive away on return.

Not good .Drivers Didn't know who to pick up.Over 1hr wait.Some people rather verbal not in a good way.Drvers need who and how many when they collect to stop any friction.

It worked ok but picking up late at night was chaotic in that there was only one member of staff and there was a queue with some customers getting irate. I suggest two staff minimum to sort issues out ay busy times. Not being able to take card payments for the £5 extre charge is also annoying. Place is a mess, it doesn't look professional - give it a tidy up!

There was confusion on the way back. I was told that we would need to go to where we were dropped off in the airport. When we returned from our holiday, I called the company to say we were ready to be picked up for the transfer from the airport to the carpark. I was told to go to the drop off point as originally instructed. However, the drop off point had changed since the previous day and this was not properly explained to me. This reulted is un waiting in the incorrect place for about 45 minutes despite phoning the company 3 times to ask where they were. They never phoned me once to check where we were waiting. After finally walking back to the airport, the minibus picked us up. It was therefore over an hour before we wer back in the car park. My husband was really stressed!

Arrival not an issue, but on return took some time to pick us up. Then our car was boxed in by three other vehicles and they could not find one set of keys and move the car. The keys are bundled together haphazardly, so not much of a system. Sadly will not use again. Be interested if others have had problems.

Has changed since I used this carpark last time it was at a different location. Did find the driver a bit abrupt also cars were just packed into very small spaces. You give a time of arrival but find yourself waiting longer as other people have turned up and no room so we had to wait for them to be dropped off

was disappointed that no one had sent a short message to say that the pickup point had changed, it took four calls before anyone answered, there was mud in the drivers side of the car. On the whole standards have dropped since our last visit

The whole experience was a positive one up until we got dropped off at the airport. We were left with a very long walk to the terminal, carrying very heavy bags. Nowhere was this mentioned in any of the correspondence with your company.

Very good service and good company to work with only issue I had is when I came back from the holiday and back to the car park my seat was far away handbrake was not sercure and clutch was in either reverse of 1st gear

Wasn’t aware there was a walk to the airport and my husband has mobility issues so he struggled. When we arrived home the transfer was disappointing as there was only 1 transfer vehicle and when we arrived at the depot our car wasn’t there and we had to wait.

On arriving to drop my car off everything went to plan, the lady who drove us to the airport was very helpful, on return not very helpful, my daughter rang as soon as we had our cases to be met with a very angry man on the other end of the phone. We asked him to pick us up at the yellow submarine as im a 70 year old and my legs are not what they use to be and it was raining, he was very abrupt with my daughter saying who told us we could be picked up from there ! We was willing to pay the £5 which we did, then as i tryed to get on the mini bus i struggled because there was no step to help me up, his customer service was nil, if he didnt want to do the pick ups i would say stay in the office, he was a grumpy old man, otherwise the service was ok
