I was happy with the price I paid. I booked for 4 nights, coming back on the 18th at 12.30am. My booking confirmed this. However, in a rush to get the airport with worries about long queues, I had failed to notice the woman at check in had written return on the 17th for the tag attached to my key. I had signed this. When I returned I was told I had to pay another day. I explained my booking was correct and that it was their error, despite the fact I had signed the card attached to my key. It was only after a short "discussion" and the fact I could provide evidence of my original booking. Not ideal after a 3 hour flight with another 3 hour drive home early in the morning.

We wasn't aware that you had stopped using the main car park, as a result to this you now have a 10 minute walk away it's not too bad when it's not raining but when raining not nice going into airport wet. I would sooner this to be include in the price.

Drop off was fine. Pick up not so good. Took longer than expected. Phoned three times before being transferred to a mobile for pick up. Car was absolutely filthy on return covered in bird muck and debris from trees. No help with putting in luggage in back at 3am in morning. We were very tired Has made us think twice about using your service again.

We have used In2Car parks many many times, but the last time 8th May 2021, was a mess, our car wasnt ready for us, as i is normally, we had to go to find it, & was parked at the back behind a van, the guy was on his own & his phone was constantly ringing for him to collect from the airport. so we had to help him find the keys to this van, we went through boxes & boxes of keys to find this van key, after about 1/2 we found it & moved it so we could get out, by the time we had done that nearly an hour later since we where picked up from the airport, I know this was a one-off, & has never happened before.

Used In2CarParks lots of times but since Covid not travelled. We used the car park for the first time in 2 years last week & I was disappointed. We were dropped off far from the airport & if we wanted to be closer there was a £4 additional charge each way. This cost makes your car park on a par with other car parks now. Therefore I’ll shop around

Very disapointed that the drop off is not at the airport as advertised when i booked. I think the moving the drop off point is a big mistake and will loose you a lot of trade.Think increasing your fee to cover your drop off point in the airport will be understood if put on your web site. I have used In2 Carparks for years but will be thinking again due to the walk involved due to disability

Hi, thanks for your feedback. Sadly it was not a decision we took lightly to change the drop off location to the airport's official drop off location. We have found that customers would rather not pay the additional cost in the booking and have the option whether to pay it or not when they arrive at the car park, to be dropped outside the terminal. There is just a small fee to pay, which covers the cost of going through the barrier to the terminal. Hopefully the next time you fly from Liverpool airport, you will park with us again. Just ask reception when you arrive at the car park to be dropped at the terminal and they will arrange this for you.

Used in car every time I’ve flown from Liverpool,nice lads ,good quick transfers -only complaint—sort the shared toilet out ,very unpleasant experience indeed ,both foreman’s the wife ,upgrade needed asap

Hi, thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately, that is where the airport have moved the official drop off and pick up. We would much rather it was closer for our customers. Optionally, ye can drop you outside the terminal, there is a £4 option when you arrive at the car park to do this.

The service from the car park to the airport and return was very good and prompt. And the price charged was excellent value. However, there was no mention when booking that the drop off and collection point at the airport was a 7 minute walk to the terminal!!!!! The driver said this was to avoid the £4 charge for dropping off near the terminal, but this should be advertised by yourselves and customers given the choice of paying the charge or not

Fuss free initially but then we got dropped off a good 5 minutes walk away from the terminal, OK if its not raining or cold, I won't be using them again for that reason.

We were not Happy with having to walk a long distance to the terminal as we are both in our 70's. Will not use again if this is the same in the future.

Hi, thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately, we have been forced to have to change the drop off location. We can drop you outside the terminal if you prefer, there is just an additional charge of £4 for this. In future, when you arrive at the car park, if you let reception know that you want to be dropped at the terminal and we will of course drop you off there.

Great service at a fabulous price but I am going to reconsider using you again due to the fact that I was dropped off not on the airport. I would rather pay a couple of pounds more and have the convenience of being dropped at the airport as it has always been over the last years I have always used you.

Hi, thanks for your feedback. We have recently changed to the other drop off location at the airport, which is where all the other car parks in the area drop off at too. There is the option to be dropped directly outside the terminal but there is a charge of £4 each way to pay for the barrier. You can choose this when you drop your car off at the car park, please let the drivers know when you arrive.

I’ve used In2carparks many times and I’ve always been happy with the service. However, this time, we were told we didn’t have to pay the £3 to enter the short stay drop off car park at John Lennon, Liverpool, as the boss has told the drivers we must be dropped off in the free drop off to the right of the roundabout, which is quite a walk. When we realised, my friend said she can’t walk that far because she has limited mobility. The young man said he would turn into the first exit and drop us off there, although he isn’t allowed. We were grateful of this, however, on returning from our holiday at 11.20pm, we phoned the office, but no answer, obviously because the driver was out picking up. We decided to start the dreaded walk in the wind and rain. I called the number again and the driver said to make our way to the bus stop in the free car park. My friend was struggling by this time. By the time we got picked up, my friend was very worn out. I complained to the driver and said it won’t be possible to use them again as it’s all so inconvenient. I was annoyed to hear, ‘ we could of paid the entry money for the original car park and got dropped off and picked up there by the yellow submarine. When I told him what we had been told, he said, no, we had a choice to pay the drop off fee. The young man had obviously given us the wrong information. I think the company should make it very clear on they’re website, just what service is available. What should of been an easy going end to our holiday, certainly wasn’t.

Hi there, thanks for your feedback. The weekend of your travel was a weekend in the change of the dropping off at the airport. I'm sorry to hear that there was confusion in the information you received. The driver should have made it very clear as to where the drop off and arrival was. I will speak to the drivers that were on at the time and make sure they are communicating all the information correctly.

good parking! I had a canceled flight and for 3 days over time I paid £ 45 I don't like that you can't extend the waiting time

Hi, thanks for your feedback. You shouldn't have been charged £45 for a late fee due to a cancelled flight. We will look further into this. We are very accommodating and fair when people have cancelled or delayed flights as we understand that this can be out of your control.

Overall experience was positive but let down by driver who wasn't wearing a face covering in the mini bus. Not to take any risks my wife and I opted to walk back with our baby from the airport on our return journey to the car.
