“was disappointed that no one had sent a short message to say that the pickup point had changed, it took four calls before anyone answered, there was mud in the drivers side of the car. On the whole standards have dropped since our last visit”

“The whole experience was a positive one up until we got dropped off at the airport. We were left with a very long walk to the terminal, carrying very heavy bags. Nowhere was this mentioned in any of the correspondence with your company.”

“Very good service and good company to work with only issue I had is when I came back from the holiday and back to the car park my seat was far away handbrake was not sercure and clutch was in either reverse of 1st gear”

“Wasn’t aware there was a walk to the airport and my husband has mobility issues so he struggled. When we arrived home the transfer was disappointing as there was only 1 transfer vehicle and when we arrived at the depot our car wasn’t there and we had to wait.”

“On arriving to drop my car off everything went to plan, the lady who drove us to the airport was very helpful, on return not very helpful, my daughter rang as soon as we had our cases to be met with a very angry man on the other end of the phone. We asked him to pick us up at the yellow submarine as im a 70 year old and my legs are not what they use to be and it was raining, he was very abrupt with my daughter saying who told us we could be picked up from there ! We was willing to pay the £5 which we did, then as i tryed to get on the mini bus i struggled because there was no step to help me up, his customer service was nil, if he didnt want to do the pick ups i would say stay in the office, he was a grumpy old man, otherwise the service was ok”

“This car park was cheaper than others, but there is a reason for that. The transfer vehicle was a bit rickety. We had to wait over half an hour to be picked up at 2am on a cold morning, there was no order at the pick up, people just pushed past us as the old minibus arrived, because it was cold and there was only one minibus operating.”

“Check in was fine. On return we were kept waiting too long (sorry but we only have one vehicle working ATM) …. and then when we picked up our car is was plastered in bird s**t.”

“I wasn't aware at the time of booking that the drop off and pickup point was in the free car park, situated 10 mins walking distance away for me. Obviously some can do it quicker but for some it would be very difficult. Fortunately it wasn't raining so at least we were able to keep dry. Had the rain been falling we would have been soaked before we got to the terminal. An option would be to use the yellow submarine car park on the condition that the clients paid the extra charge. On a return trip it would add an extra £10 but would still be cheaper than parking on airport. We only had a 5 mins wait on our return but when we arrived at the office our car wasn't immediately available and the keys took a bit of finding. Not a big problem for us but it probably added an extra 20 mins waiting time for passengers at the airport.”

“Hard to find. Easy to drop the car off and office staff quite pleasant. The older gentleman who picked us up, 35minutes after telling us he was on his way (one mile away) was very rude, quite Grizzly with some of the passengers I shared a ride with. Screamed at one lady for opening the door to get in , when he had opened the other door - on the road side. And then proceeded to break the speed limits all the way back to the yard And was condescending when he parked in front of my car as I tried to exit the yard. Probably would avoid parking here again just due to the attitude of the driver.”

“Post code doesn’t take you to the exact location so additional signage would help, once found, parked up, booked in & left keys at reception it takes about 5 minutes to get dropped off just across road from the terminal. On return you phone them up to be collected at the pick up point which is a 5 to 8 minute walk away from the terminal at a bus stop inside a car park, the walk is fine if you’re able & the weather is fine but could be problematic if you have difficulty in walking, have children or inclement weather. Mini bus arrived promptly & it’s 1st come 1st served, unfortunately some had to wait to be picked up after the 1st batch was dropped off, quickly collected keys and collected car from a different parking bay from where it was 1st parked then we was in our way home, this was the cheapest airport parking found but comes with some compromises.”

“Drop off was to far away for one of our party as he was using a walking stick witch is not good and we had to wait a long time to be picked up as we requested that we were picked up at the pay parking that we offered to pay for but it took them a long time to collect us”

“Had to ring to clarify directions . Parked car and was transported to airport promptly. Dropped off near departurtures in express drop off area and advised we would be picked up from same place. On return we were asked to walk to pick up point some distance away explained I had mobility issues and could not do so. Driver said we had to pay another £5 to get out which had not been advised before or at any point in booking process. I have found out since it is possible to recover charge if you hold blue badge but need vehicle reg number to do so which I didn't have. Van was very difficult for access due to mobility issues but steps are available on request.”

“The mini bus was spot on time both directs to/from the airpirt. The walk from the mini bus to the airport was much further than we expected from your reading your website. Luckily for us it was dry both ways.”
