I have had mixed experiences with In2 at Liverpool. I have used them on multiple occasions and most of the time things have gone smoothly. However, they are rather understaffed and do not have enough shuttle buses to cope with busy periods or unexpected flight delays. This is a particular problem on arrival back into Liverpool where you can be left waiting for up to about half an hour for a bus to take you back to collect your car. Each bus can only take about 8 people so if there are more than that on your flight using In2, or if two flights arrive at the same time, you may end up with a long wait in a cold car park. This could easily be solved by employing one more member of staff or having one more minibus. However, they seem unwilling to do this despite recognising the issue.
