“Good value for money, as it was the cheaper option, However, it was very difficult to find the venue, as there was no signage to direct us on the commercial estate it’s situated on, even using a sat navigation system. And the mini bus transportation was only an 8 seater, so that caused us a few problems on arrival and departure. But for the price it was ok.”

“Score you 3 because you charge extra 5£ add those 5 quit to parking fee and problem solves last time have go drive around for cash mashine cant pay by card.Why is that so big deal.No refunds.”

“We waited 75 minutes outside the terminal in the fog and cold, reception kept telling us bus on the way when it came the people nearest the taxi jumped in first although we had been waiting longer. Very disappointed and cold ps we have had no previous problems using your company thanks journey to the airport fine”

“The £5 charged as a barrier cost is surely per vehicle and not per booking. As the user of this area each day surely an annual payment is available to In2. Your January charge appears to be twice your December charge WHY?”

“Incredibly hard to find - while I was driving round looking for it, so were 3 other cars!. Uneventful drive there. On return, the driver refused to help my disabled husband with the luggage. He then drove us with no seatbelt all the way back. They are cheap and my car is fine....as long as communication and not breaking the law aren't top of your wish list then they are fine.”

“Overall the price was fair, on arrival it was easy enough to drop the car off and there was transport waiting to take you to the airport. On the way back, I called the number and was told to wait at the airport car park for the bus. 20 minutes later, one of the minibuses turned up and only took pre-selected customers. The driver said he was on alone, and the wait could be over an hour to be picked up. I decided to walk it, which was about 30 minutes. This would not be ideal if you had children or had to wait for over an hour in the cold car park.”

“Basically good, just had problems finding the car park think there should be more signs., had to ring them plus somebody else had to do the same. On return can only pick up 6 passengers.”

“Great location and convenient for the airport but seemed very disorganised. On the night we flew out they were down to one mini bus as the other had just broken down. This hadn't be sorted by the time we came back a week laterbso a short 15 minute wait which was fine but the staff were abrupt saying "we have 16 people to pick up so you will have to wait!" They would of been aware of this in advance. The driver when he came back for us was clearly stressed and then had issues getting out of the car park as it seemed is card/pass wouldn't work.”

“The car park was hard to find. The office to get into is up two extremely big steps with no hand rail making it inaccessible if you aren't able bodied. The shuttle bus is a good system and affordability is great but the bus smelt really strong of smoke on both journeys.”

“Cheap, so 3 stars. But had to pay additional 5£ for "express airport transport" which was 3rd van ( in horrible condition) after 30mins waiting. A wee scratch on the door but can't blame them 100proc as realised it after 2 stops on services.... Still cheap. So you decide if you want to use them.”

“Arrival was great, simple procedure, friendly driver took me to the airport and en route explained the toll system over the Runcorn bridge, that I hadn't encountered before, this saving me a hefty fine on my return..thank you. Disappointed on my return, it was raining and dark and the driver was gruff with me, asking if I couldn't see the company name on the bus (which I couldn't because it was behind an Uber that was blocking the road. I had to ask the driver if he would lift my case into the back. In the yard, I wandered about in the rain, looking for my car, I had to go back to the office to ask where it was, when I found it, reversed up to a fence, it was blocked in. I had to return to the office, in the rain, to ask someone to move the other car.”
