“Overall the price was fair, on arrival it was easy enough to drop the car off and there was transport waiting to take you to the airport. On the way back, I called the number and was told to wait at the airport car park for the bus. 20 minutes later, one of the minibuses turned up and only took pre-selected customers. The driver said he was on alone, and the wait could be over an hour to be picked up. I decided to walk it, which was about 30 minutes. This would not be ideal if you had children or had to wait for over an hour in the cold car park.”

“Basically good, just had problems finding the car park think there should be more signs., had to ring them plus somebody else had to do the same. On return can only pick up 6 passengers.”

“Great location and convenient for the airport but seemed very disorganised. On the night we flew out they were down to one mini bus as the other had just broken down. This hadn't be sorted by the time we came back a week laterbso a short 15 minute wait which was fine but the staff were abrupt saying "we have 16 people to pick up so you will have to wait!" They would of been aware of this in advance. The driver when he came back for us was clearly stressed and then had issues getting out of the car park as it seemed is card/pass wouldn't work.”

“The car park was hard to find. The office to get into is up two extremely big steps with no hand rail making it inaccessible if you aren't able bodied. The shuttle bus is a good system and affordability is great but the bus smelt really strong of smoke on both journeys.”

“Cheap, so 3 stars. But had to pay additional 5£ for "express airport transport" which was 3rd van ( in horrible condition) after 30mins waiting. A wee scratch on the door but can't blame them 100proc as realised it after 2 stops on services.... Still cheap. So you decide if you want to use them.”

“had to pay a £5 which theybfasil to ,mention until you have paid but still the cheapest & ok, its a grotty s[pot yopu drop ypur car off, Id park on the airport next time as not much dearer.”

“Arrival was great, simple procedure, friendly driver took me to the airport and en route explained the toll system over the Runcorn bridge, that I hadn't encountered before, this saving me a hefty fine on my return..thank you. Disappointed on my return, it was raining and dark and the driver was gruff with me, asking if I couldn't see the company name on the bus (which I couldn't because it was behind an Uber that was blocking the road. I had to ask the driver if he would lift my case into the back. In the yard, I wandered about in the rain, looking for my car, I had to go back to the office to ask where it was, when I found it, reversed up to a fence, it was blocked in. I had to return to the office, in the rain, to ask someone to move the other car.”

“Cheaper than parking at airport but online price gone up from £45 in Aug 23 to £60 plus £5 drop off charge in Sept 24. Seems a bit of an unnecessary increase in that period. I discovered on arrival that you can actually just chance rocking up if you’re brave and pay £45. Would also be helpful if guy got out of minibus when picking you up as there are always loads of minibuses picking people up and difficult to spot their very small signage.”

“We arrived to park our vehicle. The lad on the desk was really nice. Told us there is a £5.00 transfer fee which we were unaware off. This should be relayed to customers when u book Took us to the airport no hassle. The only downside was on our return we had to wait about half an hour as the vehicle only seated 8 people and only 1 vehicle and 1 driver. And there we quiet a few people waiting”

“I have rated three stars because our car was not ready when we came back and we had to wait a long time and search for it around the parking until one of the employees checked the booking and on the key it was written a wrong return date. It was sorted eventually.”

“I have read a lot of bad reviews about in2 carparks,but I have used them 3 times and never had a problem.However I wasn't impressed when they asked for another 5 pounds to be dropped off outside the terminal.They don't tell you that when you book it.Very unprofessional.”

“I think the address details need some sort of update as everyone seems to drive to the wrong place 1st, I also think it's a joke that your asking each booking to pay £5 , it's great we get dropped off outside the terminal however I worked it out that our drop off you gained an extra £25 for only a £5 parking charge, people will catch on to this , I just hope it doesn't decourage future business for you.”

“When we arrived we were informed that we needed to pay an extra £5 due to airport supposedly charging them more to drop us off but they charged this to every car thus making extra profit. Minibus was a scruffy old Transit 8 seater. Much arguing by the driver and too many customers when we were collected at 3ish a.m. in the rain. I have given some stars because they did look after my car and were efficient at the site but it's a shabby little operation. Get what you pay for I guess.”

“close to airport should have been warned about extra £5 payment, still don't understand why we had to pay it and why every family has to pay it when there are more than 1 family on the bus didn't see a waiting area with seats on the way there and no seats at the bus stop at the airport and only a small bus shelter. ok otherwise and easy to use”

“Positive... Half the price of the airport long stay car park. Negatives... Waiting around to be picked up and dropped off... Over half an hour this time... There is also no queue system... When the pick up bus finally arrives there are more people waiting than seats on the minibus, which can be awkward...”
