Good price but post code to get to site did not get to precise place it is around the corner and so quite confusing also when collected from airport had to pack shuttle bus with cases ourselves and as not enough seats my daughter (9yrs) sat on my knee not really safe

The only issue we had was being dropped off at one location close to the airport and not told where the pick up location was. Hence, we were left waiting for 30 minutes in the rain at 1.30 in the morning at the wrong location before being picked up.

Had a long wait in a car park that was a fair walk for pensioners with luggage. Better system before. 10 people waiting for collection

Drop off and pick up good BUT the location of points was far away from airport and if known I would have not booked. I have copd and a bad back. Walking is an issue and I assumed we would have been dropped/pickup outside the airport. For this reason I would not use your company again. I should have asked or it could be clearer in your information

Was great apart from the walk in the rain to the pick up point. Would rather pay a little more to be picked up at the airport.

Staff is very nice and the price is fair, but I do not understand why every single mirror and my seat was not in the same position I left, I would understand if someone would have to take a journey with my car but that is something I would never allow to happen anyway...plus mud on the floor mat and pedals. Do not take it personally please rather something to improve :)

All well leaving Liverpool. However, on our return, a few flights landed in quick succession which meant that we had to wait in the wind and rain for approx half an hour for the minibus to arrive and take us back to the car ( this was at midnight). On balance a good service for the money you save versus airport car parks and we were probably unlucky with the mix of weather and flight arrivals. Driver did inform us of the delay when we rang and apologised for the wait

Was OK... dripped off in the " drop off zone " approx 5 min walk to terminal. Had to wait as we had ski bag and they wouldn't fit in the mini bus with other passengers. Negative point was when we returned we had to wait 15 mins for other people when we could have been dropped off and Mini bus returned for them.

Chaos being collected as those arriving at the pick-up point last, piled in the minibus first leaving no spare seats, meaning waiting in the cold for a return trip for us. This happened to us a few months back when I had to sit on a knee.

Not a fan of new drop off/pick up arrangements- I think large majority of customers would rather pay an extra £1 rather than walk all the way to the new drop off/pick up location. Drivers using mobile phone whilst driving - surely they should have hands free devices

We experienced no major problems, except the walk to and fro the Airport in inclement weather which was unfortunate. Plus, after a longish journey to In2CarParks, male and female WCs would be very helpful, especially with the long walk to the Airport ahead.

3* from me, mainly because our car was flooded on back near side, seat was soaking wet and speaker placed in the door was leaking water for about 2 days. It looks like someone who was driving our car at the carpark left window open for a long period of time and the weather was quite wet on that period as well. I wouldn’t be that upset, but no one even mentioned that to us so passenger who was occupied that seat got bum wet straight away. No one apologises to us or even inform us about that accident, very poor from carpark staff.

Hi, thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear this. If we knew there was an issue, we would have definitely told you about it on your return. We wouldn't open any windows so maybe it was open slightly prior to arriving at the car park? If we had seen it, we would have certainly closed it and advised you accordingly.

I know it's not your fault but the drop off was too far away. No information regarding this change nor the option for the passengers to pay the £5 for drop at the airport (which we would have) we were able to organise this for the return journey so why couldn't it have been advised/agreed fro the drop off?

Hi, thanks for your feedback. There is usually a sign in reception showing this charge for dropping off at the airport. Sadly, we agree, the airports official drop off is too far away. We have told them this on many occasion too.

We waited 40 mins at the office , attempted to ring the phone number provided, no answer , he finally came back in a taxi the van had broken down , couldn't find the keys for the other van after a further 20 mins on the phone still no keys , took us in his own car squashed up with another couple , I paid the 5 pounds to take us to the drop off due to being late at the airport.

Hi, thanks for your feedback. We had an issue with a puncture suddenly on one of our minibuses. This was completely unexpected as I'm sure you can imagine. Please accept our apologies on this slight delay at the car park.
