i have used your company many times before was always asked to pay a 3 pounds fee for the drop off on this occasion i was told it was 5 pounds and it was not explained the there were two options for drop off or told the location off the other drop off/pick up point consequently we arrived back and waited at the usual pick up spot , after 15mins rang up and were told about pick up point 2 which we did not know the location so told the drive to collect us from the place where he dropped us off and had to pay another 5 pounds. i think you should make it clear to customers in the future about these options .

When I arrived at the reception at Manchester airport car park, they didn't had any records of my booking. I had to show them my booking confirmation. I have booked more parking with yourselves, kindly make sure that my booking confirmation are sent to car park please. Thanking you. Dr Vinay Srivastava

Thanks for your feedback. I can see that you booked at our Liverpool Airport Car Park. We don't have a car park at Manchester. This is possibly why the car park you arrived at was confused as they wouldn't have seen this booking on their system.

Whist the service works and is reasonably priced I found the staff on the return trip a bit abrasive and unfriendly. Not grateful customer service

We have used In2CarParks at Liverpool Airport for years, an absolutely excellent service. Shame they were moved off their original site. But that was okay. However the airports hike in charges means you now get dropped off too far away from the terminal, that would not be too bad in the South of France, but Liverpool! We got drenched on the way and on the way back. Not funny. If they had warned us we would have had waterproofs handy. No they just dropped us off with no warning in an outer car park.

Hi, thanks for your feedback. Sadly we had to move from our original site as the landlord sold it to a company who wanted to build a retail park on it. Liverpool Airport haven given us no choice but to drop passengers at their official drop off / pick up point which we agree is a few minutes extra walk.

The experience was far from pleasurable as the transfer totally lets the experience down .The drop off point is so far from the terminal also the pick up was rather delayed ..not too good standing around in the cold afer carting luggage from the terminal.Unfortunately prior to booking there is no notification of the distance .

Waiting to be taken to the airport for 20 mins then on return had to wait over half hour for trip back even after calling them as soon as we came out of baggage collection. Won’t be using them again- better off parking yourself at the airport. Nice people but when you’re back off holiday you don’t need to be hanging about- not good!

Hi, thanks for your feedback. I have looked into when you arrived back, and several flights landed at the same time, meaning our busses had to do a few trips there and back to the airport to collect everyone.

Really disappointed with In2CarParks and won't use again. The state of the mini bus we travelled in was atrocious - you could see daylight around the edge of the side door. Drop off to the airport was OK although you are dropped off quite a long walk from the airport itself. We had about a 25 minute wait on our return to be collected.

Hi, thanks for your feedback. We offer a free transfer service to the airport drop off and pickup point. If you want to be dropped off / collected directly outside the terminal, we can do this, however, there is a small charge to cover the cost of the fee for the barrier charged by Liverpool airport.

Postcode did not take me to the door, only one tired minibus to take us to the airport, then dropped off a good 8/10-minute walk from the airport. will not book again

Hi, thanks for your feedback. The airport collection and drop off point is further away than we'd like. You can pay £4 though when you arrive at the car park, which is the fee for the barrier and we can drop you off outside the departure hall.

Poor pick up service.I had to spend anopther 4 pounds from my pocket to arrange the pick up. When we collected the car it was full of bird pooh,and bit of food inside the car.

Hi, thanks for your feedback. We charge an additional £4 if you want to be dropped off and picked up directly outside the terminal. If not, we will drop you off and collect you from the official airport drop off and pick up point. There won't have been any food inside your car from ourselves, we do not eat whilst moving cars around the car park. For the bird droppings, sadly there is nothing we can do about this if a bird flying over calls on nature.

Unfortunately my car was dented when left at in2carparks, I know it’s at the owners risk but being in a secure premises with cctv I would of thought they would of checked on the cars abit more or not parked them so closely together for someone els to dent my car when getting into theirs!! The woman on reception was lovely and helpful and pick up was good that’s the only big fault of my experience with them

First time parking here as it was cheapest option but didn’t realise I had to leave my keys with them so gave myself a lot of time for my return just in case there was delays with my flight. When I called for pickup got yelled at because my car was in back as he wasn’t expecting me. The drop off and pick up far away and walking in dark late at night was ominous for two women doesn’t feel safe. Would never use them again next time I’d pay extra to park opposite the airport entrance. You can’t put a price on safety and convenience! If these things don’t matter to you then they are fine to use

Hi, thanks for your feedback. We could drop you off near the main entrance, there is an additional fee for this and it should have been avised to you when you arrived at the car park. In terms of arriving back at the car park, we keep an eye on your flight, so we know if you are delayed. If you put a time on that is later your car understandably would be brought out after the cars of an earlier arrival time.

Hi, thanks for your feedback. Sorry to hear that you had to wait for 45 minutes to return to the car park. Our busses are making constant trips between the airport and the car park and if multiple flights land at the same time, it can cause a small delay as there are only so many people we can transport at a time.

I have used in2CarParks for several years and never had a problem. This time I was dropped off a considerable way from the terminal, previously the drop off was outside the terminal. There was no mention of the change as I am elderly I found the distance was too much. There was no mention until I rung the office that I could have been dropped at the terminal. However I was picked up there upon my return, it costs extra which I do not have a problem with.

Hi, thanks for your feedback. Yes unfortunately we have had to change the drop off location, this is not something we wanted to do but were left with no choice from the airport. If you want to be dropped at the airport in the future, please let the drivers and reception know when you arrive at the car park and we will gladly take you to the terminal, there is just a small extra cost for this.

Hi, thanks for your feedback. This is due to a change of the drop off location at the airport. We are happy to drop you off at the free drop off location or outside the terminal which sadly incurs a charge from Liverpool Airport.
