The staff were friendly and professional. I didn’t like the fact that we had to pay additional £5 which wasn’t mentioned during booking. Also our car had scratches on front and rear bumper. We are considering to use taxi next time. I have not been in touch with the company because I don’t have any photos before we parked the car.

On arrival we were met with a member of staff driving a customer’s car fast and erratically, and we had to swerve to avoid him! The attitude of the staff was disgraceful - rude and dismissive of poor driving! I have an electric car and I specifically asked for it not to be moved so the mileage range would be preserved. It moved 4 times while we were away, and my electric range had reduced by over 100 miles due to them leaving the car open! Would not use these people again.

Not really nice people no organisation over there mess Next time better pay more and have real parking waiting around 30 mins to pick up then for my car another 10 ehh disappointed never again.

Used these for many year and had no problems, this year we’re not sure if greed took over as not as good as normal. Waited to be collected at Liverpool airport and there were 29 other people waiting for an 8 seater mini bus. Hence a long delay!

I parked my car for. 6 days and when I returned my car was parked on the street and I had a bottle of lucazade in the car when I got back and when I got my car back it was gone

£5 taxi charge in cash. Says this nowhere and had to wait 40 minutes for a 1 mile taxi. Won't be using again

Asking for cash when you arrive to access the drop off car park. First your told of this from a hand written sign. Fair enough the car park does charge but its once per vehicle so they are clearly taking cash of multiple people but paying once themselves. No mention at booking on website. AVOID

Before I booked parking there was no information that I have to pay extra £5 each Watford drop off and pick up to the airport.

I recently used the airport car park service and, unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. After a long flight, we were left waiting in the middle of the night for our pick-up to the car park. Despite calling the service, our initial request went unanswered, and it took a second call before we were finally picked up, resulting in a frustrating 40-minute wait. To make matters worse, we were not notified about a change in the pick-up location. This lack of communication led us to walk unnecessarily around the airport, adding to our exhaustion and frustration. Overall, the poor communication and long wait times made for a very disappointing experience. Improvements in communication and efficiency are sorely needed for a smoother, more reliable service. I hope the management takes these issues seriously to enhance the experience for future customers. We believe it could be improved as previously we had much better experience!

I Used to park my car with these guys all the time when flying to France about 10 years ago with no problems, so I thought I'll use them again this time as I was flying from Liverpool,. So i got to office which had moved yard was no where near as big as what it used to be and cars parked in all little nooks n crannies, gave key in went to transit van for lift to airport the driver just stood there and didn't help with loading bags 7 people, then he took us to airport but instead of dropping us at the yellow submarine he took us to car Park 2 which meant 5-7 min walk good job it wasn't raining. On my return we rang them up it took 30 mins to get a lift back again the driver didn't help loading bags,they had also changed the pickj up point to the yellow submarine pick up point and then told us we had to pay £5 to exit the car park as they couldn't use the one they normally use as work was being carried out. I refused to pay as I had been quoted a price and payed upfront. Upon our return the driver went straight into the office saying we had refused to pay fortunately for us the guy on duty was quite calm and dismissed it and gave us our keys, then another worker came in shouting I'm sick of dealing with these people to us ! . So sorry I wouldn't use these guys again if it was free

Paid for parking included with that was transfer's to and from airport , but when we got on the bus the driver charged us £5 each way for the drop off charge, he said it was due to this charge being imposed recently. Unacceptable won't be using again

Cheap compared to airport carparks. Thats the only advantage of this carpark. Droping off your car its the easiest part. From here you are on the mercy of grumpy driver who is trying to squeeze as much people in one van as possible. When they short staffed you will have to wait for your turn to get to airport. Same goes for picking up from the airport plus waiting few minutes for other car park users to arrive. Drop off at the airport located at the end of long stay car park, its quite a walk if you have kids and luggage. You will save some £££ for sure. But is it worth it? Its up to you.

Previously used in2 car parks and was dropped off outside the airport in the car park facing, we did have to pay £2 for this but that was fine. This time dropped off in a further car park and with 2 kids, a buggy and suitcases this was not ideal. On the way home there was a few people waiting to be picked up, all of whom had called when advised when suitcases were collected however the driver who arrived to pick us up didn’t know we were waiting and said he would just take the drivers back so that they could drive their cars to pick up their families. Will not use this service again.

So sorry to be having to write this review as I HAVE USED YOU EVERY YEAR FOR THE LAST 15 YEARS. But sadly, when I used you on 7th June 2024, I was taken to a drop zone car park some considerable distance from the airport, and had to make my own way on foot with luggage to the airport. I was just recovering from a very nasty fall from 3 weeks earlier which made walking very dificult indeed. Also my Wife who is 78 years old and very frail also struggled. It was cold and it was windy which made matters worse, had it been raining we would have been soakED as we were not prepared for this. Previously you have dropped us near the departure entrance and we paid extra on the day for this service. Your driver insisted that this was no longer an option and hadn't been for 3 years. I know this to be totally untrue as we used you last August. He insisted I was incorrect and challenged me on the issue. Very dissapointing.

We decided to park with these guys for a holiday we had planned for my birthday. Initially, we struggled to find the car park as the google maps took us to the business park but we could not find the lot they were based on. In terms of parking the car and being transported to the airport, we had no issues. Our biggest issue was with the staff, who we found rude. We arrived at the car park and were told off for not putting the times of our flights on the booking (we assumed it was like any other car park where you park your car for the allotted time you book and then pick it up when you arrive- hence why we booked the entire day rather than our flight times- in case there was any delays. In the middle of this explanation, the man spoke over me and said ‘nope, put your times in correctly otherwise it f*cks it up for us. They then handed me a piece of paper and said ‘ring this number when you arrive back and we will pick you up. When we arrived back, we rang said number, and after they were made aware of our arrival, they put the phone down (or so they thought). While they thought they had put the phone down, I heard of them call me a tw*t. We were then picked up from the airport and taken back to the car park. When we arrived at the car park, without saying a word, the guy driving the car, got out the car and walked off without saying a word. Overall, in terms of parking the car and being dropped at the airport, the service is quite satisfactory. The customer service is what lets it down. Would probably book at the actual airport next time

I wasn’t happy with how long we had to wait to be picked up at the airport after ringing 3 times. When the mini bus arrived they couldn’t fit us in as it was full and no room for our luggage. It was late at night and cold and windy. We waited 45 minutes before we eventually got picked up. Not happy with the service.

1st and last time used. On arrival we were taken into the airport and asked to pay £5 which we did. On return we were told to follow the red path and we would be collected. I am disabled and find walking very difficult and had no idea how far I would need to walk. Made 4 phone calls to ask for help and nobody picked up. Returned to the terminal to get a taxi to the car park as I was exhausted. Phoned again and got an answer and was told to go to the bus stop opposite the yellow submarine and I would be collected. I had to pay £5 and it was worth it. Why wasn't this offered first of all? Why isn't £10 added to the cost of parking and then the pick up would be close to the terminal. The pick up procedure was not explained properly. Will never use again and will never recommend.
