Very pleasant and helpful service when parking the car but on return it was a free for all. Despite the fact that I rang when my flight arrived, and the guy in the car park asked me to phone again when I collected my bags, I still waited 40 minutes before I collected my car. The shuttle bus only takes seven people at a time and there was no queue control. Unhelpful guy when I asked why he had asked me to call. Disappointing really after such a pleasant start but really the key part of the service is to be collected quickly when your flight lands in the early hours of the morning.

I'm sorry to hear this. The queue should have been an orderly queue. We will speak to the team who were running the transfers to find out why there was such a delay.

The car park needs to be clearly marked had great difficulty locating it as it’s surrounded by other car parking companies

We were unhappy about the pick up from liverpool airport. We were the first ones off the plane around 3.30 am in the morning ,we rang in2 carpark to be told buses were on there way . We waited a long 45minutes along with other passenger including children for the pick up,! the buses just didnt turn up . When I rang again the phone went to answer machine . Eventually a car turned up from in2carpark to say that there had been a issue . Disappointed

Very good for the price friendly staff however got back into my car and my phone holder was broken and just left in the tray.

Dropped car off and got to the airport not a problem. Coming back, we were made to wait almost an hour to be picked up from the airport to pick our car up. Had to call 3 times to ask where they were and kept telling us, ‘he’s loading up, be 10 minutes’. It wasn’t just us, but at least another minibus full, some families with little children. It had already been a long day and having to travel back to Leeds and the motorway closures made our 1hr 30 minutes drive home, almost 3 hours plus the 1 hour waiting around for someone. Additionally, our car was covered in bird poo and other cars in the lot were immaculate, so not sure where they parked the car for the week :)

Took over half an hour to collect two people at 1230am, then found my car covered in dust and bird excrement.Not impressed.

We had no idea that we had to walk from the far end of the liverpool airport car park to the terminal, specially pulling a large cases & carrying hand luggage. On the way back & got picked up, the service from your driver was a disgrace, we loaded the cases ourselves & returning to pick up our car, the driver walked to the office while me & my wife lifted boot of the rear of the van & proceede getting our cases out ourselves. The Van was filthy, I think we will be using alternative arrangements in the future.

I have waited 45min for the mini buss, which i was told that the mini buss is there every 5min. Never leaving my car with them again!

Thanks for your review, the busses run all day every day, if many flights land at the same time, there can be a small wait to fit everyone in but should be quicker than 45 minutes.

I was extremely happy with the drop off interaction and service I received on my way to the airport on 3rd April. However on the way back I waited an hour in the wind and cold for my lift from the terminal. I accept that there was a mix up and I wasn't standing as near to the pick up point that I should have waited at. These things happen but the attitude out of the woman I called to ask where my lift was left a lot to be desired. She was rude and abrupt and had no understanding of what had happened This was on 8th April when I returned from Spain. I was on a very early flight with a disabled child

My wife requires wheelchair assistance through the airport and has difficulty getting in and out of vehicles. We had to ask for a step to get into the transfer vehicle and pay £5 for the privilege of being dropped off at the airport so that we could collect a wheelchair from within the airport building. We informed the driver that we needed to be picked up at the same point on return. On return, we waited for 20 minutes after phoning but no-one arrived. We phoned again and was told he was waiting in some other pick up point we have never used or been aware of. When the driver did eventually arrive he was totally unsympathetic to our circumstances, had no step for my wife to climb into the vehicle. she had to be lifted manually. Very unpleasant experience and not to be repeated. When booking your form should ask about disabilities, special requirements and preferred drop off point now there is a choice.

I'm sorry to hear of your recent experience to the car park. Over our last 14 years of parking cars at Liverpool airport, we have helped many passengers who use a wheelchair. They don't take you near the terminal anymore, they drop you off in the car rental car park and you need to walk around 10 min. Difficult with luggage, young kids or ridiculous hours or rain. Also had to wait long when being picked up from the same ridiculous spot. Last time we used their poor service. Better pay a little bit more and park right next to the terminal!

Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately, we now have to drop off / collect at the official airport drop off / collection point which is a few minutes walk from the terminal. If you want to be dropped at the terminal entrance, we can do this for a £4 fee. Please arrange this with reception when you arrive to drop off your car.

Always used your car parking for the airport. But wasn’t impressed where you dropped is off? Had to walk in the rain… would rather you put the cost of parking in the price and drop off near the entrance.

Hi, thanks for your feedback. Sadly that is where the airport have forced us to now drop off, which is their official drop off / collection point. When arriving at the car park, you can pay the charge for the barrier and we will take you to the terminal. Please let us know the next time that you come to the car park.

I have left my car in In2Car Parks many times but this time I found disgusting the way I was treated by the woman who was attending the phone. As I got in Liverpool Airport I called the office to inform them and she was very rude. I really tried to understand what she was speaking but she never tried to be speak in clearer way even seeing that I wasn't good at understanding her accent. I called a second time and again she was rude. Finally, after 20 minutes waiting at the drop-off zone, I managed to talk to the gentleman that drives the van and he was kind as always. At the moment I was walking to get the keys that woman was there with a long face and handed me the keys seeming to be angry. I really would like to keep leaving my car there but after that I will preffer to search other parks. Sorry

We have used in2carparks many times,unfortunately when getting picked up we waited for 40 minutes in very cold weather,they now drop off and pick up at the free car park where there is very little shelter from the weather,

Hi, thanks for your feedback. Sadly Liverpool Airport have made it so we had to change to their official drop off / pickup point which is at the free car park. If there becomes the opportunity to change this, we will do. You can also request that you are dropped at the terminal entrance, there is just a small fee for this which is imposed now by the airport.

I don't normally give reviews but on this occasion, I feel it necessary. I arrived at Liverpool airport at 1530 hrs on the 1st of January 2023 and after collecting my luggage, rang In2 and told them that I would be waiting outside the airport terminal for the minibus. The fellah who answered the phone apologised and told me that 5 flights had landed within 30 mins? and that they were rushed off their feet and could I just bear with them ? I told the operator that I had paid the extra £5 to be picked up outside in the airport , (the closest car park, not the secondary car park which is quite a walk away) He then told me that the minibus was on it's way and wouldn't be long. After waiting in the cold and rain for almost 40 mins, no minibus appeared and I rang them back. It sounded like a different operator this time and I got the same answer, " He's on his way mate, be there in 5 mins". After wating another 15 mins he turned up and was very apologetic and drove the van quickly down the road to the secondary car park to where the waiting customers were stood in a bus shelter. There were too many to all fit in and even a married couple were separated and the husband left waitng for the next minibus. By the time we got back to In2 holding area the total time taken from initially ringing them to getting my car keys was over an hour and half. I totally get that there will be times when flights land closely but surely the answer must be to provide additional vans and drivers at such times ? I've used In2 on numerous occasions and this is the first time it's happened, however, the logistics planner could make sure exra transport is laid on.

Hi, thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that you had a delay in your return to the car park from the airport. Sadly, on the 1st, we had multiple staff phone in sick so we were unusually short of staff which caused a knock on effect when 5 flights landed at the same time. Normally 5 flights landing at the same time isn't a problem, it is just that we were short staffed unexpectantly. As you'll know from previous times that you parked with us, this is not our usual standard or service. We hope to welcome you back to the car park again soon.

i have used your company many times before was always asked to pay a 3 pounds fee for the drop off on this occasion i was told it was 5 pounds and it was not explained the there were two options for drop off or told the location off the other drop off/pick up point consequently we arrived back and waited at the usual pick up spot , after 15mins rang up and were told about pick up point 2 which we did not know the location so told the drive to collect us from the place where he dropped us off and had to pay another 5 pounds. i think you should make it clear to customers in the future about these options .

When I arrived at the reception at Manchester airport car park, they didn't had any records of my booking. I had to show them my booking confirmation. I have booked more parking with yourselves, kindly make sure that my booking confirmation are sent to car park please. Thanking you. Dr Vinay Srivastava

Thanks for your feedback. I can see that you booked at our Liverpool Airport Car Park. We don't have a car park at Manchester. This is possibly why the car park you arrived at was confused as they wouldn't have seen this booking on their system.

Whist the service works and is reasonably priced I found the staff on the return trip a bit abrasive and unfriendly. Not grateful customer service

We have used In2CarParks at Liverpool Airport for years, an absolutely excellent service. Shame they were moved off their original site. But that was okay. However the airports hike in charges means you now get dropped off too far away from the terminal, that would not be too bad in the South of France, but Liverpool! We got drenched on the way and on the way back. Not funny. If they had warned us we would have had waterproofs handy. No they just dropped us off with no warning in an outer car park.

Hi, thanks for your feedback. Sadly we had to move from our original site as the landlord sold it to a company who wanted to build a retail park on it. Liverpool Airport haven given us no choice but to drop passengers at their official drop off / pick up point which we agree is a few minutes extra walk.
